Rocky Mountain University Eye Institute

Shelly set me up with an appointment to get an eye examine after putting it off for 10 years at the Utah Convention center. The location was fast and easy to get to coming from Eaglemountain/ Saratoga springs. There was good parking. A young gentleman greeted me at the building and was very professional leading me to the office in building 3 for my visit. I filled out paperwork with Shelly Camara the office manager very easily and quick. Britany took me back to look at my eyes and was super professional, safe, empathetic, caring and a great communicator. She made things feel less scary when I'm super self conscious about my vision and eyesight after years of competing professionally in call of duty, being an artist and exploring out in the real world. The student doctor I met with was awesome, smart, intelligent and was very honest. Dr Johnson, really gave me good strong intelligent, honest feedback. Shelly wrapped up my appointment with me and really made me feel super confident about my eyes. Throughout the appointment I was super emotional because I am super self conscious about my eyes. Shelly, Dr Johnson, Brittany & the Student Doctor made me feel so much better and happy. I have so many strong positive and kind words to say about this experience. I am so blessed. So Grateful to drive an hour here to get checked out. I was comfortable, all my needs were taken care of. Thankyou so much Rocky Mountain, thankyou for hiring such good staff. I didn't know about this place until Shelly gave me a really good first impression. You guys delivered! ThankYou for updating me on the current state of my vision and making it such a special, personable experience. Felt so safe. So happy. Even though my vision went from 20/20 to 20/30 the professionalism and health care made me feel taken care of and comfortable with the news I perceived to be really harsh because I love my eyes so much. Nagar (one of the students) was super helpful and friendly. She made my experience here so wonderful. Apparently I have "gorgeous" eyes. Inside and out. The doctor was also very nice and I could tell that they really pride themselves on teaching their students how to do good work in this place. I highly recommend.

Fantastic service by everyone we interacted with. Dr. Pratt was especially a miracle for my mother! She has been to numerous eye specialists and he was able to help her in ways that none of the others were able to. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and sincerely kind. Thank you Dr Pratt!

Went for what I thought was just another routine eye exam, but these guys went the extra mile for me. Lauren & Dr. Kyle took a deep look at my eyes to identify any potential issues and did so with a genuine interest in identifying whatever might be going on. I was kind of just expecting the same repeated information and for a regurgitated message and sent on my way, but they definitely showed a genuine desire to know what is going on which kinda surprised me and I appreciate. I definitely recommend the RMEI of Utah.

Terrific experience at RMU. Dr Pratt and his assistants were very thorough, very caring, and supremely capable. I felt like I was in very good hands and look forward to working more intensely with the programs they offer.

Dr Pratt was amazing - kind, patient, thoughtful and very willing to answer questions directly. His assistants and the counter staff were also very helpful and service-oriented.
