Everyone in optical was nice, but that's about The only positive, I was told my glasses would come in in one week, it took two, and then the prescription that the doctor gave me made my vision way worse, so now I have to make another appointment to come back in, because that's all I have is time on my hands, and then wait an additional two weeks for the glasses to get fixed. Ridiculous

This was the best experience I've ever had in my 15+ years of needing glasses. Dr Mark McKell was very professional, thorough, patient, and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended products to help with the issues. I truly felt that I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Dr McKell to anyone!
