Broadway Eye Clinic

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I went to this clinic to get specialized vision care (which they prided themselves on being able to deliver.) I spent $1600 dollars out of pocket, and I can no longer wear the glasses they prescribed. Not only was it super expensive, they didn't even fit the glasses to sit straight or correctly on my face, and that was after two exams and two prescriptions. Save your money and go anywhere else. I agree the staff was nice, but nice doesn't get you proficient eye care.

My appointment with Dr. Lynch was very thorough and informative. And she was super kind and helpful in trying to diagnose my double, blurry vision, and eye tension issues. We have a plan and I'm super grateful. And the facilities are very high tech.

This used to be a place with great service and let me be clear Dr Franson is still amazing but unfortunately the supporting staff who make up the optical area are all quite incompetent so this will be the the last time I use them. It's not worth my time or money and I can look to find another optometrist. Dr. Franson is still incredible so if it's an exam you need, she will take care of you and is very honest. I wouldn't use them for anything else though.

Wonderful service, the most up to date equipment, excellent selection of frames, and an incredible staff. Corey was so kind, efficient, and welcoming. Livia was an absolute delight! Dr. Stephens took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. This will definitely be my new go-to! I have been to (literally) dozens of eye care professionals and this is the first time BVD was even mentioned. I finally have hope that my life of constant migraines, not driving at night, and not being able to read will diminish. You will not be sorry for choosing Broadway Eye Clinic! If I could afford it, I'd have it put in sky writing!

I just want to start off by saying I wish I could give this place a 0 I had went and got my eyes checked here and also get a contact fitting done they told me my prescription was the same as the one I had in my glasses from a previous place so I did pay out of pocket $104 which isn't a lot I get but it's still my money after feeling like something was wrong I went to my previous eye vision place and they told me my prescription had actually gotten worse and that it definitely had not been the same I called broadway eye clinic to speak with a manager and they kept giving me the answer that she would call me back and I did not receive a call back I kept on calling the front desk did tell she was always busy and she would call me back and never did and finally today I got a answer from the manager Tammy after once again calling and waiting for her to "not be busy" and she was very rude had nothing but attitude and gave me hard time stating I couldn't get a refund until she finally gave in and gave me a refund . My first appointment was on Feb 2 of this year and it took this long to get a refund I would never recommend this place to anyone they just want your money and don't care about anything else !

The staff in the office were awesome--really professional and helpful during the visit. But the experience since then has been pretty frustrating. I was told my glasses would take 2 to 3 weeks, and I'm now at 5 weeks with zero updates. I called to check in and was told I would get a callback, but I never heard anything. I actually need these for a medical condition, so the silence is a big letdown. I'd like to keep coming here, but the communication needs to be a lot better.

The entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming environment for all of us. I've been a patient of Dr. Franson's even before she joined Broadway Eye Clinic, and she consistently delivers exceptional care. She was the first ophthalmologist to provide me with a spot-on prescription for both glasses and contacts, transforming my daily life and even allowing me to ski comfortably with contacts. Dr. Franson takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers all questions with patience and expertise. While my wife and child don't currently need glasses, our incredibly positive experience ensures that our entire family will happily return for annual exams. We highly recommend Dr. Franson and her team for their top-notch care and dedication!

I highly recommend! Dr. Kaeleen Franson found a condition in my eye that has been overlooked by other optometrists. The staff are both friendly and professional. I keep going even though they no longer take my insurance-- I signed up for the membership they offer.
