Lindsey was awesome and helped me order a new pair of metas because mine broke. Douglas was amazing too and helped me pick out the matte black finish and recommended the smaller size and it looked way better on me the the originals. These guys are awesome

Justin, the manager was just perfect. So he deserves his name. He listened and responded with great options and made everything clear during my search for the perfect glasses for me. I'm an artist who spends a great deal of time at the easel so vision is critical for my work. The process was really easy and price and quality of the glasses I selected very high. I recommend lens crafters and Justin's store in Fashion Place. The best optician I've found.

Very helpful staff! Lindsay helped me with my initial purchase of brand new Ray-Bans. These are the fanciest glasses I've ever bought! A few months weeks later Leo helps me fit my glasses since they were sliding a bit. He didn't seem bothered in the slightest. Thank you guys!

I stopped by today to get lenses put into two pairs of the same frames. Costco's lab had previously rejected them because of the inserts, but Lindsey immediately said that was odd and explained they should be able to be put in like normal lenses. She was super knowledgeable, fast, and made the whole process easy. I especially appreciated her help with explaining the different coatings, which can get confusing. Great experience overall--highly recommend this LensCrafters location!

I needed lenses placed in some frames that I purchased at another store, and London couldn't have been more helpful. She was great from the moment I talked with her on the phone until I completed my visit to her store in Murray. London was prompt, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was totally satisfied. Her professional service made me eager to visit the same store with my future needs. I'll ask for London!

First time I went in, I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I wandered the store for 15 minutes before I decided to leave, as people were sitting behind the desk, never once acknowledging me. I assume I wasn't their "ideal customer". I decided to bite the bullet, I went back 2 days later and a nice young fella from one of the Utah Co stores helped me right away. I spent probably $600-700 one some Ray Ban Metas and lenses. I was told they'd take a week or so. After the first 9 days went by and hearing nothing, I called in, they said they were being shipped from Texas and would arrive in the next 3-4 days. 7 days later I called back asking for an update. I was told they haven't even been started yet because the frames were on a national backorder. This continued for another 2 weeks before I finally called again and they told me they had arrived the day before. All the follow-up done was performed by me. Next I needed another set of frames... over Labor Day, they were doing a promo buy a pair and get a certain percent off another. I went in on the last day of the sale, told them the frames I wanted they said, "great let's get your lenses picked out". I told them I wanted progressives this time. They pulled up my prescription from the eye doc I used at their own location. They said I didn't have all the information needed for progressive lenses and I'd need another exam (which I just did 5 month prior). So I left and missed out on their Labor Day sale. I called my optometrist daughter from Las Vegas and she knew exactly what I needed, and said whoever looked at my prescription had no idea how to read it. LONG STORY SHORT... don't trust these people with your vision, your prescription or to follow up with you. Guaranteed I'm going to get the generic response "sorry to hear about your experience" Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere. ***SEE ROBOT RESPONSE
