I have had the best experience with the Eye Institute of Utah. The Drs and employees are wonderful to deal with. Very professional and understanding. My Doctors are the best...Dr Carter has always been very good and my experience with him is the best. I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes...performed by Dr Bretz. She was absolutely wonderful to work with...kind, understanding and empathetic. Thank you Drs Bretz and Carter for your work. And you certainly have the best staff too. I would recommend the Eye Institute 100%!

I went for my LASIK consult and the entire experience was outstanding. My consult happened on the first day the institute was using their new software system. The staff member I worked with was AK and she was the best. Although the system was new she remained professional and confident in navigating through and entering the information. Even when challenges arose she didn't hesitate to keep making progress and not let the new system slow her progress. I give the entire staff team a 5 star review for making me feel comfortable and without any pressure or tacky sales pitches! It was amazing!

Today's visit i had the most wonderful experience with a very helpful young 23 year old assistant. She explained everything i asked and questions i didn't even know I wanted to understand. I felt seen. I felt understood. I also feel more at peace. She told me how my results differed or were the same from previous visits and how the results compared with where the medical people want them to be. The doctor was also helpful. Dr. Passi and his team are absolutely amazing. I had Multi Focal Lens replacement surgery which is a pretty significant procedure. I couldn't trust them more. The procedure was perfect and the follow up treatment has been wonderful. I am 51 and now glasses free. Thank you so much!!!

i was really looking forward to be qualified for 25 years wearing a glasses and went for PRK which was scary part because i'm deaf depending my visions. it was so nerve wrecking! however, they will make sure everything was smooth and calming .. ain't lying .. it was hell post op 4 days be like a boiling water poured at my eyes or like i was "the lost boys" vampire movie burned from a holy water spilling on me, haha! until then, i'm able to see again, more sharp and 20/20 like an eagle. i couldn't stop crying because i forgot what it's like seeing once again for very very long time since i was very young. PRK is life changing.. i'm grateful too. thank yall, really .. highly recommend: 100/10 lasik/prk team: 11/10 meg, financial consultant: 11/10 dr. passi: 11/10 the eye institute of utah team: 11/10 everything: 11/10
