Quick appointment. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room very long, not in the exam room for the doctor very long. Aloud me to ask questions, explained in a manner I could understand and very cordial. I didn't get an itemized statement for the charges and I forgot to ask. I'll call them back today and ask for you though. They seemed nice enough, I'm sure they'll give me one.

My daughter and I had the best experience picking out glasses. I believe her name is Lauren (spelled differently, please forgive me for forgetting the correct spelling) sat with us for the longest time helping us pick out not only the cutest frames, but ones that fit pur petite faces perfectly. She was kind and patient and is great at her job! This isn't my first experience with her, she's always so helpful.

The office staff were all super friendly and very professional. I saw Dr. Whetten who did an awesome job helping me out! Russ, the doc I saw was quick, made sure my eyes weren't crooked and sent me on my way to Elle were she was able to give me all the info I needed to make a decision. Well oiled machine over there. Dr. Whetten, Ele, and the entire staff were absolutely outstanding -- patient, caring, and incredibly thorough.
