Dr. Mason Schmutz is amazing! He is one of the nicest doctors ever! Knowledgeable? Absolutely! We've probably been going to him for about eight years! As soon as we moved to the area! His staff is always nice. Raquel is always the sweetest

Got us an appointment quick, but their time management is terrible. They overbook appointments which leaves you waiting for extended periods of time. Waited 20 minutes after appointment time to be called back. Then after dilation they said 25 minutes. Sat and waited over 45 minutes to be called back again. They absolutely should not schedule so many appointments in a day that they have children waiting 1.5 hours plus in a doctors office. The Dr wasn't terrible, just seemed like he had better things to do. We will not be coming back here.

Dr Garlick is amazing with incredible energy and is so informative and educational; but the start of the office is his assistant Malia.
She was so helpful after a very difficult and problematic experience at another doctor's office. She took time to listen and understand the context of the problem over a few months.
She reassured me of solutions, and was patient about problem solving different prescriptions and contact lens options. She was tireless about going back and forth to find the right options for me.
I felt seen, heard and more than anything, helped.
There is no one I want my family to see, and if anyone is looking for an eye doctor or an office, this is the only one I will ever recommend!

I had to take my mother very quickly to see her doctor who works at Excel, but he was unavailable at that time, but another doctor could see her, his name is Dr. MASON SCHMUTZ, he was very cordial with my mom and the best thing was that he speaks Spanish and she was able to talk and explained her problem.
Raquel also was amazing! She was really sweet in helping us with the process to get us the papers we need and get it ready in very short time.

Went in for an eye alignment issue. Met with Dr Yeates, he did a most excellent job of quantifying the issues I was seeing, testing my vision, then looking me over. This office is definitely geared toward kids, with colorful images, toys, and kid friendly videos. They also have a decent selection of eyeglasses. The office is on the second floor but they have an elevator.

We appreciated Dr. Schmutz, MD, and both of his technicians. We felt comfortable with them and confident in their skill and care. I was also very appreciative and highly impressed with the resourceful and persistent efforts of Raquel at the reception desk and Amanda in billing, that did me the tremendous favor of working hard to search out my Aetna insurance data and numbers after I had lost my card the day before my appointment. I was shocked at what they were willing and able to accomplish while my wife and I were with the doctor and his technicians.
