Eyes of the World

After having a bad experience with a chain store, I went down the street to Eyes of The World. I have a hard to fit face. Hannah fitted me with a super-lightweight pair of glasses, and Danny has done everything possible to make the glasses comfortable on my nose. I broke my nose twice 10 years ago, so it is sensitive and uneven. The quality, service, and overall care that I have received has been wonderful! They return phone calls promptly, which I have appreciated. It's easy to get an appointment. They have a beautiful selection of glasses. I would not go anywhere else.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to commend Eyes of the World. In a last minute emergency, Eyes of the World were able to help me out in a pinch while no other place could. I've had a nose pad break off from my current frames with no back up pair, and while other places couldn't help, Danny and Hannah could. They refitted my current prescription lenses into new frames, and within an hour I can see clearly again. Very kind people, and even better service. I cannot thank them enough for their work! Thank you Hannah and Danny!

Hands down best place to get glasses in the area. I'm sad I didn't discover them sooner and will exclusively shop here for my frames from now on. Their selection of frames is diverse and perfectly curated. They have something for everybody and offer truly unique and amazing frames. The assistance from the opticians is top notch. They know their stuff and will help you find the best frames possible. You can tell the staff here love what they do and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the perfect frames to fit your face. I initially went to a different frame shop and purchased frames that were horrible for my face. I took a second chance and ended up going to Eyes of the World and wow! I've never felt so good about my glasses. These people love eyewear and they want to help you look your best. Seriously, you aren't going to find a better place to get your glasses than Eyes of the World!

Absolutely love these guys. I wear vintage frames because they flatter my tiny face. They have lots of pairs that I covet, and everything else in the shop that's new is gorgeous too. Everyone that works there is fantastic, and there are usually cute dogs too. I started buying vintage glasses from Danny right after he opened many many years ago. Even when I lived far away, I'd still stop in to see them when I came back for a visit. Can't say enough nice things about this shop.

There is only one place I shop for frames in Burlington, and I've been loyally going there for at least 15 years. They have the best selection of unique frames you'll find anywhere between Montreal and New York. They also provide excellent service - if I ever have an issue with a lens or frame, they make it right and don't charge me extra. Good people.

Eyes of the World is one of these places that really understands customer service in a way that is rare to find these days. They also happen to have the most diverse and classy selection of frames that I have encountered except maybe in some of the more interesting eyeglass stores in New York City. It's one of these places that as you step in, makes you feel like you just discovered a hidden gem. If you are looking for more sophisticated frames in the likes of Theo or Lindberg, or you just like to enjoy the "art" in eye ware styles as much as I do, this is the place to go. These guys know how to bring back the fun in waring glasses and you can tell they love what they do. They also happen to be really good with setting up prescriptions in these super fun frames. I have been going there for a long while now (years actually) and I highly recommend them, especially if like me, you're tired of seeing all the boring looking eye ware circulating on everyone's noses out there. Even if you don't need any at the moment, just go there to check it out, it's worth a visit.
