I always am pleased and satisfied with Dr Nisbets's most thorough annual exam. He strives to answer all my questions and clearly explains all conditions with my present and future eye health. I appreciate his continued suggestions to sustain my eye health care. Suggestion: When making your next annual appointment I highly recommend doing so at check out instead of waiting, due to scheduling by phone now being 8 months out.

Dr. P. Keshava is excellent in his field..He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough,professional and explains everything in layman terms,and makes the patient feel at ease. The staff is very efficient,well versed, and kind. I and my family highly recommend Central Vermont Eye Care.

Having the same optometrist for over 30 years made me apprehensive about starting over with a new optometrist. Thankfully the office was warm, welcoming and so professional. Everyone from the office, to Emily and Dr. Nisbet did an awesome job!

BEWARE of their billing process: If you do not pay up front on the day of your appointment you are charged almost double if they try to run it through your insurance. I was told "it doesn't hurt to try" when I said I was unsure if my insurance would cover it. No one offered to look it up for me like the other eye doctor I took my daughter to did, which only took her a few minutes to do so. They then will charge you the amount that they bill insurance even though it is almost double what their self-pay is. This is so wrong. I've never been to an office that charges you more than the self-pay amount if insurance doesn't cover the claim.

They are very good! Gentle and explain everything they are going to do and explain all your results with pictures most of the time. I never feel rushed when I go there! The whole office staff is very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone! Children and adults plus the senior citizens!

I had to reschedule my annual eye exam. They schedule a year ahead but received no reminder as a follow up, by email or text. I had to wait nearly three months for the reschedule date. Once the appointment was met, the overall service was excellent
