Got 2 pairs late may and are absolutely horrible and need new ones but can't even share a email to contact you. Definitely not worth what we paid for. Would like to actually be able to see not have it blurry. My eye definitely were not tested right! Absolutely ridiculous and sading also for those who have a fixed income. I even recommend my family there glad they didn't go.

I'd go blind before going back to her. She made me feel like I was bothering her for coming in. Absolutely no people skills and as cold as a fish. My prescription was fine, I can't complain about it, but, her attitude is horrible. I've been to her 3 times in the past 12 years. I'd sooner drive to Burlington than ever sit in her chair and put up with her personality.

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this place. First time was 6 years ago and it took almost 8 weeks. They tell you 3 to 4 weeks and it never is. Same exact thing happened when I ordered a pair in April. I wish they would just be honest in the first place. Then I call to find out when they will be in and I get an attitude by them every time. I'm still waiting patiently.

I've also gotten glasses there twice now and it only took two weeks maximum . Never had a bad experience there and an office shouldn't get a low review based on order time. Dr Sobel is wonderful and professional and the place is clean and has a great selection of frames

Had eye exam and got new glasses, so strong I couldn't see anything, so I went back and was told I had cataracts do she refers me to Dr. Gregory in Middlebury , I don't have bad cataracts and Dr. Sobel gave me wrong glasses because of astigmatism not cataracts so had to redo glasses, and when I picked them back I got this cheap clear plastic case and not the nice one I had before. Don't ever go to her, I've heard lots of negatives on her exams .if I could have given a zero I would have
