I forget who did my initial eye stuff before seeing the doctor, but she was amazing! Super polite, professional and helpful. The doctor was excellent as well- and showed me a couple pointers for my contacts that I didn't know- and I've been wearing them for 20 yrs. Checkout was a breeze- they ordered what I needed using my insurance. 10/10. Only room for improvement would be the ability to leave a card on file. Apparently I had an outstanding balance for $45 for a year! Sorry!!

It was great to come back yesterday. Claire, Dr. To and Jeanie are all so kind and wonderful in each of their jobs. It is rare to see the same people working after a year and to receive the same quality service again. I appreciate you all so much.

I went in today without an appointment because of an emergency eye problem, they fit me in and quickly too which was amazing because my eye was hurting. Everyone there, the receptionists, the doctors, any of the staff were all so incredibly kind to me and asked if i was okay during the whole process. NOVA Eye Doctors has been a great place for top notch eye care for our family for many years. The staff is helpful and responsive and the doctors (Dr. Miller and Dr. Giles for us) are wonderful! They take truly good care of their patients and stay on top of any new developments in eye care. And the opticians are also great! They worked with my husband to retrofit a vintage pair of sunglasses and are very good at frame selection and fitting. We highly recommend this practice for any eye care needs!

Great experience getting an eye exam with retinal imaging. Felipe and Dr C were both great. Quick, efficient, friendly service and a through exam. Dr, Felipe and Whitney all took time to patiently answer my questions. Thank you!

I was attending a week-long meeting at the Gaylord National Harbor resort when I experienced discomfort in my right eye after removing my daily-wear disposable contact lens on a Tuesday night. The next morning, the discomfort persisted. The conference organizers recommended I contact the Alexandria office of NVDO, which was able to get me in to see a doctor on an emergency basis on Wednesday morning. I received excellent care, and they sent a prescription electronically to a nearby Walgreens (my pharmacy of choice.) The prescription was promptly filled and I was able to commence a series of eyedrops to combat a teeny-tiny corneal ulcer. NVDO Alexandria also forwarded the record of my visit to my eye doctor in Spokane WA for follow up care upon my return. All in all, the visit was amazing. One, I was able to receive care promptly as an out-of-town visitor to the area. Two, they quickly diagnosed my issue and provided great service. And three, they sent a follow-up report to my primary eye doctor in Washington State. So, if you're in need of unexpected eye care as a visitor to the area, I recommend them. And if you're a local, be aware that if they provide this level of quality care to someone they are never likely to see again, think about the quality of care you'll receive as a continuing patient. Five stars.

Dr Park is one of the best providers I've had the good fortune to find in the NOVA area and I cannot recommend her and her staff enough. I was welcomed with enthusiasm and understanding, witnessed exceptional professionalism and left with a renewed sense of optical health that I haven't had in more than a decade - and while it may sound unbelievable, that's the whole truth. Very grateful to have THIS team on MY team. If you're looking, NVDO is the place to go.
