I had such a great first experience here! They verified my insurance quickly, and filling out the new patient paperwork online beforehand made everything so easy. I had actually lost my glasses two days before my appointment, so being able to leave with contacts the same day was a huge relief and super convenient. Dr. Lee was kind and very informative.

I called and went in to urgently get some minor debris out of my eye I couldn't get out myself. The staff was kind and helpful and the doctor was comforting, knowledgeable and informative.
I was able to get an appointment same day I had my issue, didnt have to wait after my appointment time, and was in and out in less than 20 mins.

I had a really great experience at this Nova Eye Care Center. The front desk was super friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all. I saw Dr. Jennifer Lee and she was honestly amazing. She has such a calm, warm vibe and made me feel really comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly, addressed what was going on, and I left feeling so relieved and taken care of.
It was quick, easy, and I felt like she genuinely cared. I'm really glad I found this place. Highly recommended!

I was dissatisfied with service i get from this clinic. They focus on training a student. They done alot of machine exam to my eye whether it's necessary for me or not. After that they make me to sit about 30 minutes in a room. And the Doctor came and don't want to communicate about my situation. She is in a hurry and only engaged on writing on her laptop only. I am really sorry.

They got me in emergently because the new contacts I bought weren't working for me on the Right side. Turns out there was something wrong with the contacts. Dr. Kelly gave me enough contacts from her own supply to cover me (more than enough) until a new box of contacts can be sent. They're super responsive at this office. I've been coming here for years.

I've come to this office a couple of times and had great experiences with the staff. Based on this past experience, I referred my husband to get his eye exam here as well. Unfortunately his experience was not the same. Upon arriving early to his appointment, the receptionist said the photos of his insurance card were too blurry on the online questionnaire, they gave his appointment to someone else, and although he presented his insurance card to her, she said they couldn't process it and he would have to pay out of pocket. She said he would have to pay $160 for his eye exam. We received no phone calls and were not contacted at all about any change in appointment or that the photos were blurry. We are still confused to why she couldn't take the insurance information in the office. Disappointed that we had two very different experiences.

Dr. Kelly and her team are great. The office staff are welcoming and they seem to have all the latest in diagnostic technology. I've been going there for several years and have also purchased lenses from them. They were even able to put prescriptive lenses in a pair of frames I had purchased elsewhere.
