Wade was amazing. He not only showed the difference in every option he also walked us through the pricing. Also gave my partner something that would benefit her eyes with the dryness. He was truly helpful . This store is way better than kingsport hands down.

This place is just simply how a business should be ran! The employees are ALL very friendly, VERY PROFESSIONAL, and simply down right GOOD in all aspects of customer service. Any businesses having issues with being a crappy business, well if I were you I'd go take yourself a trip to America's Best, and simply take notes on how a GOOD business is ran. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU for all the HARD WORK that each of you put in to make sure your company shines! (I very rarely give out 5 stars, but you guys definitely deserve it!)

Best eye exam I've ever had! They have tons of frames, updated equipment and a clean, relaxed environment. The staff was helpful & the prices are great. They will even ship to your house.

This has been the best experience I've ever had at America's Best!! Worely did my initial eye exam and he was great! Showed me a picture of my eye up close, which I had never seen. Then Tina helped me further with my next exam and the virtual eye doctor, which was fascinating! Then Wade helped me find the perfect frames and helped me upgrade to the type of lenses I needed. He even helped with an additional pair of sunglasses, all 3 pairs at great prices, even with the upgrades!! Will absolutely return to this location next time I need anything eye related!!

Bought my glasses lady month love them the guy who helped me check out was awesome friendly and so helpful ! He helped my step daughter today still super kind and very helpful wish I could remember his name he is great! Totally recommend also 2 pairs for of glasses for the price is great

New location with amazing staff! I am very pleased with the whole experience. Especially with Wade! He was super helpful and kind when helping me get my frames. I cannot wait to go back and pick them up. Thank you for an amazing team! Will definitely be coming back whenever I need another exam!

Heather, who did my eye exam, was kind and kept me smiling. I don't remember the young lady's name who helped me pick out my glasses but she answered all of my questions, was so sweet, helpful, and personal, and even took me outside to make sure my glasses didn't wash me out because of the color I picked out, and Tina, who did the other part of my exam, was a doll. She faced some problems with the machine and computers but continued to be kind and patient as they figured it out! It did take a while but it's okay! I didn't mind at all. Wade was very helpful in working to fix the situation as well. They all kept their cool and were professional. They kept apologizing but I swear it was still faster than any other office I've been to AND a better experience. They weren't quite able to get the system back up and rescheduled my appointment but gave me a discount. What they didn't know is that I had 100 dollars to my name, and my total was going to be very close to that. I wasnt sure how I was going to get to work... The Lord used them and this situation and provided!!! I was nervous about the experience since it was my first time doing all of this alone... And they made it a wonderful ecperience for me. Great options for my price range since I was paying out of pocket. I will continue to be a patient and customer at Americas best.

I found a pair of glasses online that I wanted but the were sold out. I called the America's Best in Bristol to see if they had them in stock and they did! They put them to the side for me so I could go in and purchase them. Caroline helped me and her energy was top notch! She made it quick while also ensuring I left out of there laughing. I will be going back in the future and will absolutely ask for her!
