Dr. Long is amazing! He has helped me so much with my dry eyes. Never have I felt rushed with him he takes his time and explains everything. The staff is amazing! Anyone looking for a great eye doctor you will not go wrong with Dr. Long!

I am very pleased all around with Highlands Optometry. I already had my prescription so Holly was helping me into some new frames. I got my first pair of transition lenses and I love them! Erica helped with my fitting and was more than happy to keep adjusting them until we got them perfect. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs!

Highlands Optometry has a very competent and friendly staff. All my questions were answered including insurance coverage. I especially appreciated the help with picking out the right glasses and lenses for my needs. My entire family has been going there for years and we have all always had a very positive experience.

I'm really mixed. Had a great appointment and we got updated sunglasses and normal pair of glasses. The sunglasses came in first and the color was a little different and they were great in sending pics what it looked like and went above and beyond. Now at that time the other pair didn't come in and we said we would wait for other pair and both would be ready and sent to wise. Since then we have been waiting 2-3 weeks roll by and nothing. We finally call and then to find out other pair did come in and actually was sent to wise location and they told us this when the sunglasses came in..not true.. Also very rude in addressing and very combative. so I loved the first part of the experience but the follow up and gas lighting I'm not a huge fan of. Also if at another location and person hasnt picked it up and it's been weekish, a reminder call/follow up. I believe they can be great but need some polishing for sure. Now time pick them up and see if all is good

Dr. Long and Dr. Taylor have taken exceptional care of my eyes. I have dry eyes and recurrent corneal erosion, they've been very supportive and knowledgeable. The supportive staff has been friendly, caring and so helpful. All around a great place with wonderful optometry staff! I would definitely recommend Highlands Optometry to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Highlands Optometry is wonderful, they explain any test that you can understand and need. You make the decision if you want that testing. They also have a wonderful selection of eye frames to choose from. I highly recommend them to you and your family for your eye needs.

We absolutely love everything about Highlands Optometry! The staff is so welcoming and very friendly! They have a great selection on glasses! Dr. Long is so thorough and explains any concerns he may have so that we understand and listens patiently if we are having problems. He is so easy to talk to! We never feel rushed! Great place!
