This business used to be awesome......
I went to the one in Marion for 8 years and loved it.
First time I came here I was told any adjustments I'd have to pay a "Fitting Fee". Well nothing changed and no $20 charge. I recently went and seen them and was told nothing changed and it would be a "Fitting Fee" of $35....
Well NOTHING changed and I was still charged a fitting fee.... This is a charge the physician or company started to get extra money. It's rough as it is, why do you need to make it rougher on clients who choose to do business with you????
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Insurance has no clue what a "Fitting Fee" is, that's why it's not covered, it's made up by certain physicians, not all, but some.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Ashlee Taylor. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Taylor and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient. My exam was thorough and unhurried, and Dr. Taylor made certain all of my questions were answered. Clearly patient care, safety, and comfort are a priority in this office. Highly recommended.

Dr. Owens is amazing. I've been seeing him for 3 years. He genuinely wants to help people. He's very authentic and caring. You can feel how passionate he and his staff are about helping people. He's really good with my kids too. And he has some beautiful plants. His monstera is huge and definitely plant goals!!! 20 out of 10 recommended!

I 100% recommend this place. I became unhappy with where I usually go for my exams and my contacts/glasses so I decided to come here. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and beyond helpful. Also I didn't get her name, but the lady who helped me with my prescriptions, insurance questions, and helping me pick out my glasses was the real MVP. She was very patient with me and made me feel important and not rushed at all. I'm very glad I came here. This is where I'll be coming from here on out!

I'm almost 70 years old. I've had bad vision since age 12. I have complicated eye problems. I seen several eye doctors in my lifetime, all that left me with question unanswered. I was blessed to become a patient of doctor Owens approximately 10 years ago. I finally found the answers to questions that I had for so many years, and the care that exceeded all expectations. Dr. Owens is a professional in his field who goes above and beyond to make sure his patients get the care they need. I speak for not only myself, but for every one that I know who is a patient of Dr. Owens. I see Dr. Owens at the Bristol office and his staff is the best. They really care about their patients.
