I cannot express enough gratitude for OptiLight IPL for saving me from the torment of a stubborn stye on my eyelid! After trying numerous remedies with little success, I decided to have the OptiLight treatment done. The treatment itself was a breeze - quick and painless. I barely felt a thing as the gentle pulses of light worked their magic on the troublesome stye, with no side effects to deal with afterwards.

I have been going to get my eyes checked to Dr. Butler for over a year now. She is always surrounded with positive energy, you can tell she really cares about helping others and wants you to have the correct measurements for your glasses/contacts. She is thorough, very knowledgable in her field and a great conversationalist. I reccommended Primary Eyecare Associates to my mom for her next eye exam and she also came back happy from her visit with Dr. Nechel. She likes how their assistants are very nice, professional, patient and provide great service as well. Overall, they are both the best optometrists my mom and I have ever met and will continue to go in the future.

I have lost my trust in them. The last prescription caused me headaches. I went to discuss this and to adjust my prescription. Seema said that this was uncommon and was bothered at the fact that I was asking to re-visit my prescription. I was told the re-visit would be free when i scheduled the appointment but they ended up charging me for the exam. She was previously always nice, so I'm kind of shaken up by this revisit and her childish behavior. She was extra upset at the fact that I used my prescription and purchased my glasses at Target. Very unprofessional. I always get my glasses at Target, they have a nicer selection, are more economical and I love the staff at Target. Seema was very unprofessional. I'm sad I have referred so many friends and coworkers to them.

My family has been seeing Dr. Nechel for contacts, glasses, or medical eye issues since we moved to VA 20 years ago. She is a competent Dr. of Optometry, confident, and soft spoken. I am always amazed when she remembers specific details about my family and personal medical history. She is a true professional and very likable. The office is clean and well managed, staff is very friendly, and she offers some of the best quality glasses on the market. I highly recommend her services.
