The team is amazing. Makes you like a part of them. I saw more transparent relation between the patients and the care giver.
Elisabeth's approach to my kids was like a family or older sister.
The Doctor was also amazing.
The only thing I can't rate good is the place is too small the waiting area is too small and where to sit a family together. If you go there with your 2 or more kids, only two of you can have a seat give that there is no other patients. If there is one before you, no place to sit.

It all started with gaining an appointment. I do apologize for not remembering the names of the personnel, but they are memorable as persons! The young staff member did everything from scheduling me to directing me to their exact location. She was pleasant and affable. The gentleman, at this location, was inviting, in conversation, drole, and helpful! Both had marvelous inviting smiles. Then there was Doctor on staff!! What delight! The doctor was on mission, answered each and every question with confidence and pertinent information. I felt comfortable, that what she was telling was absolute!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience and yes I got the invite for the calendar next year!! I appreciate the experience!!! I look forward to telling the doctor how much I have worn my glasses, this year!

Very disappointed.SCAM ARTIST. Just an FYI if you get a contact exam and you've never worn contacts before there is a $40 mandatory class you have to take that is not included in the eye exam. To skip the class you have to prove that you can insert and remove your lense. The optometrist has to check to make sure the contact fits on your. They will not release the prescription until you do. If you aren't able to get it..they just tell you to go home and practice. BS
Usually any other eye doctors will teach you how to properly wear contacts without making you pay extra for it or holding your prescription hostage.

There was no wait when I showed up for my appointment! The doctor was thorough and really knew what she was talking about! She provided education on preventing hereditary diseases! The staff was very helpful in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Overall a great experience and look forward to having my weekly eye exams at this location!!

Really bad customer service, the lady at the front desk is dismissive and rude. Hope, the salesman, is also rude and very pushy. We also requested that they email our prescription and we still haven't received it. And it's so hard to get them on the phone afterwards. If you use a Groupon, expect to be mistreated. Go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. Management is not helpful either. Going here was such a nerve-wracking and frustrating experience. I do not recommend.

They have a great selection, easy to work with, good online operations. Can't recommend them enough.
