Strongly recommended. Dr. Procopio is very patient-focused, professional and kind. Tech Anica is experienced and so willing to help at all time. The Virginia Eyecare Center is well staffed and equipped, and most staff are very friendly. We have had some difficulty with Paragon OK lenses in recent years and Dr. Procopia did a whole wash out and refit process for my son. The result is fantastic and my son loves the new pair very much. So I am starting a wash out as well, and looking forward to another magic. Our previous doctor retired. I compared multiple eye doctors/centers before settling my family with the Virginia Eyecare Center. Could not be happier!!

Fantastic, honestly. Y'all put the care in eyecare because this was the most pleasant eye appointment I have had since I was a child. The receptionists were all kind, Morgan was awesome, and Dr. Mamoud was amazing! Thank you all for caring about your patients!

From the front desk to the exam chair - all staff were warm, friendly, competent and thorough. A special shout out to Leslie at the front desk and Joanna, who prepped me for seeing the doctor. Both went above and beyond in personalized care. Dr. Shema was friendly, thorough, and took time to explain the issues I was having. I highly recommend Virginia Eyecare Center.

All three of my children had eye appointments and they did a wonderful job working through all three of them at the same time (ish) so we didn't have to spend all day there! Also-special shout out to Morgan who was PHENOMENAL working with my nervous kids and making them feel at ease and Dr. Mamoud for being patient and kind while explaining everything she was doing - she made my kids feel like the exam was something they were a participant in and not just something that was being done "to them".

I'm sorry I forgot her name but the lady in the eye glass area did an amazing job adjusting the glasses for our baby girl. Her friendliness and support make it worth it to come back. Thank you again.

The eye care is excellent. I've been going to Virginia Eyecare for decades. The diagnostic equipment is state of the art and I feel that any sign of macular degeneration or other damaging eye conditions can be detected in time to save eyesight. With a family history of vision problems, this is very comforting.

It's not very often when you get both an excellent doctor and an excellent staff. This is a well-oiled machine, with very compassionate staff and doctor, and I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.
