I had a great experience here today (1/19). I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment for my mother, arrived early, and we were out the door by 10:07 AM - with two frames already selected. My mother has a moderate prescription and recently underwent double cataract surgery in September 2025. We were very pleased with the short wait time, efficient service, and the transparent pricing. There was no upsell; it truly was $95 for two pairs. Thanks!

I had a fantastic experience at this store. The whole staff was AMAZING and incredibly helpful. They all had great customer service and personalities! They taught me how to put in and take out my contacts and coached me along every step of the way. Their support made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an eye exam, eyeglasses, or contact lenses.

This store's service is an absolute disgrace and utterly unacceptable. I ordered two pairs of glasses, and one arrived with completely incorrect lenses. I immediately called to report the issue and was assured they would fix it. When I specifically asked the representative if I needed to return the frames for reuse, she explicitly told me they could no longer use the original frames--so, relying on that information, I threw the glasses away. I waited for a call or notification to let me know the replacement was ready, but no one ever contacted me. While I was overseas, the store apparently prepared replacement lenses but, because I hadn't picked them up (having received zero communication), they returned them to the lab. This was the first I heard that they intended to replace only the lenses rather than the entire pair. Upon my return, they agreed to remake them as a "customer service gesture." I eventually received a text saying they were ready and went to pick them up--only to be handed just the loose lenses, with no frames. They admitted the error and ordered new frames, but throughout this ordeal, I repeatedly stressed that I had a firm deadline because the glasses needed to be shipped overseas. Despite my clear communication and multiple follow-ups due to their lack of updates, when I called today, the representative was extremely rude and disrespectful--he outright called me a liar, insisting no employee would have ever said the original frames couldn't be reused. Mistakes can happen, but to repeatedly mislead customers, fail to communicate, waste their time, and then insult them by accusing them of lying due to your staff's incompetence is completely outrageous and unprofessional. This level of poor service and disrespect is intolerable.

$90 if you are not buying glasses which is not the staff's fault, but when I was surprised at the cost I felt the front desk woman got a little tight with me upon checkout. The young lady that did the exam was fine, as well as the doctor.

This is the friendliest and easiest America's best I have ever been to! The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and kind, the general manager was efficient and friendly. The doctor was also so calm and kind. Everyone seemed happy to be there and I have never been in and out so quickly while getting great customer service. I even got a trial pair of contact lenses after I told them how much I hated wearing glasses and ran out of contacts. Highly recommend and will make the extra 10 min drive to come to this location specifically instead of the one closer to home!!

Since we walked on the door the first question was: do you accept Cigna? Yes we do was the answer. Can you please check coverage, for us to choose coverage on the frame? The store had no customers. I asked several times, they will get busy, we know, it did! When we had the prescription ready, oh you are out of network, my guess, they knew it. You can get the promotions and later submit for the reimbursement. No that was not the expectation. Ok pay the doctor's visit: $69.00 and your plan will refund you: They will, $40 and wasted time and feel miss lead, would I come back? No. Beware, ask the right answers, and don't accept later as your answer.

I've been a regular customer for years, but this time I received the glasses with wrong frame and blurry lenses. The staff promised to fix them in a few weeks, but I never got a call, and when I returned, my glasses weren't there. I was told there was no record of them. This experience has been disappointing. I recommend obtaining written confirmation if you are required to leave your glasses for repairs.

I had a fantastic experience at American Best in Chantilly. Justin and Miladis were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The place was clean, professional, and well-organized. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch service!
