Costco Optical Department

This is for the optical store inside Costco, not the optometrist attached to it. Went to buy some frames and the service we got from the team was absolutely phenomenal. Special shoutout to James and Jason - they're knowledgeable, helpful and gave GREAT advice. Would recommend anyone from that team, not just them. Absolutely would come back to get glasses or sunglasses from them.

A variety of options to choose from, only downside is because it was wholesale, you can't change the frame color. I think it was Danny that helped us the first time with picking and purchasing the glasses, (frame prices vary, but lens are around 53). Ended up spending maybe 220 for two pairs, which is pretty great! I ordered on a Thursday and one was ready by Monday, and the other on Thursday. Kenny and Grace helped me adjust the glasses to fit and were very nice! Thanks, Chantilly Costco Optical!

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold stares and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs, as if helping customers was some sort of inconvenience. I asked a simple question and was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone. Rather than trying to resolve my issue, they seemed more interested in proving me wrong. No sense of courtesy, no willingness to listen -- just bad attitudes all around. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. Customer service is the face of any business, and this experience was a clear reminder of how quickly bad service can ruin a reputation. Costco enroll Kenny in customer service training, or find someone who can do the job with a smile.

I saved OVER $300 on just the lenses here! My husband and I both had prescriptions. I filled my prescription here. I came here after visiting a high end place and was about to commit and my husband suggested that we check around. Kenny was funny and provided great service and a great shopping/browsing experience. He remembered my husband from the day before and immediately showed him a new Gucci frame that came in (because he was looking for Gucci the day before).In the end, I filled my prescription here. Me husband couldn't make up his mind that day, but willl be going back to get the frames Kenny recommended. Update: My husband filled his prescription 3 days later and was helped by LIEN. She was also fantastic. She was very knowledgeable on insurance plans and the lenses. She even came from behind the counter to help my husband pick out his 2nd pair. She's so patient - he's indecisive. In the end, he got 2 pairs for more than $300 less than the other place we visited. brand selections in the glass case. The lense prices are unbeatable unless you order online from Zenni or one of thos other places that may not carry a variety of brands.

Amazed with their quick service, my first experience was bad though as I have chosen non branded manufactured in C*, frame didn't last long. Second one chose from Puma brand they look strong and may last long. I would recommend this store for sure.

Id like to give it 5 stars b/c the employees are just damn fantastic. I've experienced long wait times but it's worth it for me. Big ups to Kevin who adjusted my new frames today!

Dr Song is very detailed and thorough in examinations. We've been very happy with the service, cost, and convenience since you can immediately shop for glass frames in the Costco adjacent to the vision center.

Always very good but this time very bad experience we met person named Kenny very bad attitude don't listen just saying I never see in my life time like him in customer service he should be somewhere else not in customer service finally i ask someone else to see we met Michell she helped us she knows how to take care customer i request some body need to take care customers request of service
