Eye & Vision Care of South Riding

My daughter's eye doctor recommended ortho-k lenses. I reached out to this office because of their reviews and being one of the best in the business. She has now been going here for two years. The service is great, the lenses have improved her eyesight, and I would recommend this office every day. There new location and atmosphere is even better than before.

I had an excellent experience at Eye & Vision Care in South Riding. Dr. Negin provided a thorough and professional eye exam, and the quality of care was outstanding. Really liked the staff and the doctor. Very high tech instruments and were able to figure out my vision issues very quickly. Doctor Kapoor was very patient enough to explain issues and solutions. Overall it was a great experience.

Had such a great experience at this location, all thanks to Foyez! I came in to find glasses for myself and my little brother and wasn't sure where to start, but Foyez made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was patient, genuine, and really took the time to make sure we both walked away happy. Definitely ask for him when you come in!

Dr. Kapoor and Tiffany, were amazing with my son. They were kind, patient, and made us feel completely at ease. Dr. Kapoor took the time to explain everything, and Tiffany was so gentle and caring. We're very grateful for their excellent care and highly recommend them.

The staff is really sweet. Especially foyez, he is the most knowledgeable optician i have spoke to in the loudoun county area! They have quality lenses and can order all types of styles and sizes.

I strongly advise against using this optical store/clinic in Virginia. * Charged a $35 copay for an eye exam advertised as no copay under my insurance, with no prior disclosure or explanation -- they simply presented it as a different fee. * Performed rushed and inaccurate eye tests, clearly designed to push in-house eye drops, frames, and lenses at grossly inflated prices (multiple times market value). * Issued a final bill more than triple the reasonable market price for the same products, even after maximizing every possible insurance reimbursement and adding excessive lens-specific charges. * Delivered poor-quality lenses: inferior materials, low optical precision, noticeable defects, and delivery delayed by weeks with repeated false promises on pickup dates. * Staff was consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. This appears to be a deliberate pattern of overbilling insurance to the maximum while providing substandard products and misleading patients about costs and coverage -- conduct that may violate Virginia Consumer Protection Act SS 59.1-200(A)(5), (6), (8), (14), and (23) (deceptive practices, misrepresentation of price/quality, failure to disclose material facts). It also raises serious concerns of potential insurance fraud. Preserve all receipts, invoices, and communications. Consider filing formal complaints with the Virginia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section and your insurance provider. Do not use this business.
