Dr. Song and his staff are great! Wonderful customer service. Dr. Song was quick and efficient in a way that didn't make me feel rushed or unwelcome. He was very friendly, very patient, and great at explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. Highly recommend!

We moved to Herndon in 1999 and had a family of 5 all needing an Optometrist. We went to a local doctor but when both of our companies dropped eye car from our insurance we went search for a new doctor. Our old doctor was massively expensive, even though both my husband and I had very good paying jobs. Once we lost our eye coverage, we felt we we being disrespected at our old optometrists office. Then we found Dr. Song. He is wonderful, his offices has never overbooked him, he treats us with lots of respect and concern. All five of us love going to see Dr. Song. Our son, who lives in California now, still makes his appointments when he is visiting home because he says he had the same problem in California where he felt rushed, Dr. really didn't care about him and he definitely didn't feel respected. Dr. Song is located on the outside of the Costco Chantilly building. He has Costco member rates but he takes non-member clients and his rates are only $69.00/$89.00 which is very reasonable. Dr. Song is a true professional and he really takes his time with all of his clients and for us, well we all feel listened to, which is a rarity now a days.

Dr. Song does a great job. He listened carefully to all my concerns and addressed them all. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood. Rather than just give simple answers he showed me on a model eye exactly what is happening with my vision.

Kenny is a great employee, he was friendly and customer service is amazing.

First I was very surprised to know that the office did not take any insurance, plus doctor was rude, unprofessional and rushing. He was having an attitude with the patient. Not highly recommended.

Having a reception student of a none related discipline perform eye exams, is that even legally authorized?
