Had an appointment for a routine exam. Staff was helpful, polite and they had a great sense of humor! A lot of people in waiting area but I was still seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Doctors assistant was very kind and personable. Dr. Richmond was professional and honest with explaining price's and my options. I recommend some of my coworkers to make a appointment. Thank you everyone at EyeOne!

I was not happy about the new front desk lady who didn't smile or say thank you to her customers. She looked like I owe her money not that I am paying them. Further more, my recent eye exam had been very frustrating. The tech did a poor job and didn't satisfy my need that I returned several time trying to get the right prescription but she failed to do so and told me to find another specialist for contact lens. I ended up paying them the eye exam fee but didn't get what I need. I will never go back to this shop.

I went here a few days ago for an eye exam and most, if not all, of the staff were rude. The woman that took me back for my exam was the sweetest and answered any and all questions I had. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning due to how rude the other staff members were.

Showed up for my husbands appt that was scheduled over a month ago. Service called yesterday to confirm. Drove an hour and were told because of the weather the doctor won't be in until later. Nobody called us; though after stating the service should have called us ...that she tried but a young girl answered. Clearly lying. We are furious.

This office has not been the same since Dr. Long has left. Continuously changes Doctors can't keep the same one on staff for more than a few months. Continuous struggle to make appointments because of staff changes.

i walked in for my appointment and the second i did the ladies working there gave me the meanest looks and continued to ignore me. when asking them to repeat what they said, because i am hard of hearing, they gave me the meanest eye roll and continued to speak so harshly. anyone who goes here, please brace yourself with rudeness and hostility.

Very organized and friendly, has really helped me to find the right options for my vision! Definitely feel confident in there advice and guidance!

When i showed up for my appointment in July, they said their call system had messed up and they couldn't see me today or find me in their system. They didn't have a cancellation list and said they couldn't make a new appointment for October. 3 months later??? Pass. You find a better option.
