If you want to have an exam at that place be sure to ask them what EXTRA steps YOU have to do in order to really have an appointment once you schedule one. Here is my story: When I went on time for my appointment on a Monday, in order to keep my appointment I had to answer when someone tried to call me for confirmation the day before. So unfair! I wasn't informed that I have to answer all unknown numbers on a weekend just to confirm my Monday appointment that I already scheduled just a few days ago! The doctor was there working with another patient, they just had the silly excuse that their system doesn't allow them something....whatever that something was. Extremely unfair! They offered to reschedule- so I have to leave work and drive across town twice this week, no thank you! Me and my family will be customers somewhere else from now on.
