Great customer service from the front desk staff, tech, seeing the doctor, to picking out my new glasses. They have a great selection of glasses for all ages. I would highly recommend. MyEyeDr to all family members needing eye care. Great place for all ages no matter if you need contacts or glasses

I spent 2 months total ordering glasses. One was sunglasses and they never could get the prescription right for some reason so I had to return them twice. The second pair were just new lenses for my regular prescription glasses, first I had to return because the prescription was also wrong, Then the prescription was ok but these lenses are still much lower quality than my previous pair, lots or glare from light coming from the sides even though I got charged for an expensive anti reflect coating. The mounting of the rimless silhouette glasses done at this location is very poor, it's a half fast job.. I had them do it several times to get it reasonably tight. Worst part is I wanted to get that done before going abroad for 6 months and now that I am out of the country my frame with the newer lenses just broke so I am left with my old frame to which I had asked them to put my old lenses and it's very poorly mounted so I need to waste my time again finding a silhouette retailer.

Smooth exam process. The doctor took the time to walk through the images and described them in great detail. The eyewear consult, Kori, was charismatic and super helpful selecting frames, which would normally have taken me forever on my own. She was able to answer all of my questions, anticipate my needs, and get me checked out quickly. I was worried I might miss a work meeting but was able to leave in time to call in.

Dr. Crouch is fantastic! Takes very good care in the eye exam and explains things in terms I understand. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable when picking out glasses. My only complaint is that the reception/waiting room needs sun shades. There are glares on so many things especially after having eyes dilated. Please consider adding shades

I went in to order contacts. It took over 10 minutes to be told I can't order them because I need another eye exam when I was here a little over a year ago and my prescription hasn't changed in 3+ years. It's frustrating. The front desk is rude, love my eye dr that is there and if he left I'd probably go wherever he is.
