I have had exceptional experiences at this location. It was easy to schedule online the front desk was professional, informed and helpful. Karen was so friendly. Dr. Mueller it's always been incredibly efficient, effective, and caring. The entire team took such good care of me. I'm really thankful to be their patient.

it's really unfortunate I have to leave this review, because I have always had a great experience with the front desk, optical staff and doctor. But, now that they are under "MyEyeDr" the billing is shady / illegal. I paid in full at my visit, and received a bill from a third party billing service named "Avadyne Health" with $166 additional due, months later. I responded to them in writing with my receipt of where I had paid in full. They said I still had to pay it, that it was not correctly done at the office and did not fix it. I knew they were wrong and went to look up everything I could about my coverage and the visit. I looked up my vision benefit through my insurance and found that not only was that additional bill totally made up, but they had originally billed me over $200 in excess of what my vision benefit's agreed-upon rate was that they were supposed to charge at the office for an exam and contact fitting. I wrote the billing service back and got a response from "Meduit" (why a different company name this time?) that they "made a clerical error and my balance was zero" so... they removed the extra charge they made up, but they still owe me a refund for the over $200 they took from me. Again not really a reflection on the people at the office, but the billing is illegal.

Really liked Dr. Crawford. Talked about cataracts, what each measurement pertained to. Asked VERY pertinent questions regarding my job and vision. Spent time!!!

I absolutely LOVE this location!!! From top to bottom every single person that works here is so pleasant and accommodating. I cannot tell you how many times they bent over backwards to help me and my family. I have been a long time patient here and have been so impressed that my wife and three children now come here on a regular basis as well. I highly recommend this office for anybody looking for a new eye doctor. What a wonderful experience every time I walk in the door.

I LOVE this eye doctor location. Dr.Mueller is the first eye doctor to get my prescription spot on where I don't have to try on so many different trial contacts. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable and able to see. Jacqui who helped me check out and order my contacts was truly amazing. She adjusted my glasses after another location really messed up and didn't let me leave until I was truly comfortable and made sure my glasses truly looked comfortable on me. She has a wonderful personality and you can tell she truly cares about the patients too. I was Truly satisfied and always satisfied with my visit

Walked in to an empty patient office. With three visible employees chatting and joking around. Booked online a week ago. Had a screen shot of the appointment, added it to my calendar. Arrived 20 min before my appointment time. They told me the appointment didn't register. Even though no one seemed to be working and there were zero people in the waiting room they claimed they couldn't accommodate me today. I literally rearranged my entire schedule for today and had to rely on someone else to take care of my children for this.

Dr. Crawford was absolutely wonderful, and I enjoyed getting my eye exam. Multiple issues, related to office staff. 1) I had to correct the last name, the address, and the phone number, as someone else made the appointment and gave their information. I also notified them that is a reasonable accomodation in accordance with and allowed by the federal Americans With Disabilities Act that I not me addressed, say, hear, or am forced to say any derivative of my birthname, and to change it right away. 2) The nurse kept calling for me by a new, completely and altogether wrong last name, despite my having spelled it, when calling me for my appointment. 3) After the appointment, I was getting my glasses and she had the wrong number and info - nothing had been changed. I tried explaining the insurance protocol for this (as I'm quite used to the routine) and she refused to change it, and said she'd just "make a note." ...yeah, the people before you were supposed to take care if it *at the time,* too. Give me an excuse to flex on you judiciallly if you violate my federal rights when you call me to tell me they're ready.

Dr. Crawford and all the staff are really friendly and thorough. I didn't feel as though they just wanted to get us in and out They actually explained things, talked and made sure we didn't have any questions before leaving. Excellent care. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there for my family.
