Epic fail! ! I don't like dealing with them ! I order glasses 31 December ! Delivery date was 13 January ! It's 24 January . I order the glasses at pan top ! They guarantee me that the glasses would be at the barracks road location They were not ! Excruciating ! I work out of town so it's difficult for me to get to the office in pan tops ! Please go somewhere else and spare you the headache !

The staff is great and they have a nice selection.... However I've been waiting since November of 2024 for one of my pairs of glasses to come in. 3 months!!! (Unfortunately that's not even an exaggeration). They keep having issues with the lab they use. They also apparently don't have very good communication with the lab because they're unable to ever provide me with updates on what's going on.
