Poor service, they can't stop upselling you for things you don't need. I and one old lady came at 1:25PM to pick up glasses and they shut the door in front of us saying they closed from 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch. Not a single notice. If you are a UVA student, go with UVA Eyecare instead of this crap.
