The whole team over at Eastern Virginia Eye Associates was very professional, kind, and assuring and put all my worries to ease. I even had an insurance snafu that Cara worked diligently to resolve. Would definitely go back!!! Cara and Jessica always have a friendly smile and greeting when you walk in and I felt very heard by Dr.Kunovski and safe in his hands!

I can't say enough good things about EVEA. Dr. Kness diagnosed my keratoconus, and the entire team helped me through the process of getting scleral lenses that completely changed the way I see.
Kim deserves special recognition. She supported me every step of the way for over a year and a half, and her patience, knowledge, and genuine care made a huge difference. She truly went above and beyond, and I'm extremely grateful for her help.
Thank you as well to Dr. Adam and Dr. Bokeh for their expertise and professionalism. No complaints at all. I highly recommend EVEA to anyone needing specialized eye care.

I've been using EYEA for a very long time, quality of service has gone down hill over the past 5 years. Mrs.Krauss is awesome, but I was just lied to by the receptionist and the fake over seas receptionist. First I asked if they were in store because the call sounded muffled. The person said yes I am, when they were clearly not. Weird vibes, not sure if I will keep business here.

As always, my visit was extremely nice!! Erin who was my tech is extremely friendly and we had a couple of good laughs. I saw Dr. K and liked him very much. He was thorough and really nice to talk with. The person that greeted me and assisted me after my appointment was Marie. She is definitely a professional in customer service. Marie was very helpful and most kind. Bernadette was the optician I spoke with and also very pleasant to talk with. I have been a patient here for several years and have always had a pleasant experience at all of my appointments!!!

My husband had his annual exam and monitoring of cataracts at EVEA. Heather did as great job doing the initial screening and tests. Dr. Kness was very through and her humor made the visit even more enjoyable. Jessica assisted him at the front desk and was professional and polite. It's obvious that all of the staff members enjoy working there and it is passed along to the patients. We highly recommend EVEA and have been going there for many years.
