Great Bridge Eye Care

From the check-in to the check-out, it was a great experience. Everything was quick, thoroughly explained, and everyone was so, so nice. They have an almost overwhelming amount of frames but, Tammy took her time with helping me find the best fit, color, and lenses for me. Even had all of my options quickly priced out for me for comparison. First time here and will definitely be returning!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this eye doctor's office. From start to finish, the doctor and the entire staff were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took great care of me and made sure all my questions were answered, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was the extra care they gave to my glasses. They repaired the padding, cleaned them thoroughly, and made sure everything fit comfortably again. It may seem like a small thing, but it made a huge difference for me. As I'm getting older and my eyes are changing quite a bit, this visit made my life so much easier. I felt heard, supported, and well cared for--not rushed at all. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I left comfortable and confident. If you're looking for an eye care office where you'll feel like you're catching up with old friends while simultaneously having your vision perfectly managed, look no further than Great Bridge Eye Care. From the front desk to the doctors to the glasses fitters, the staff here are not only exceptionally professional but genuinely nice in that "I actually want to be here" way. Every visit feels personal like they remember you, your life, and all the tea you spilled during your last exam. ;-) They handle everything: thorough exams, ordering new frames, contacts, reminders (seriously, they've got you covered). Even the staff members talk about how much they appreciate how well they're treated by the doctors. That's a good sign, right? When the team enjoys working together as much as you enjoy being a patient, you know you're in good hands. And I have to mention this: I always see the same friendly faces at my ANNUAL appointments, so retention must be through the roof here. It's rare to find a place that feels this consistent. So, even if Great Bridge Eye Care is a bit out of your way, it's totally worth the trek. Highly recommend! Your eyes will thank you!

This was my first appointment and I was very impressed. The office itself was quiet and tidy. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The doctor's assistant was knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. I thought th doctor would be horrible. To my surprise, she was awesome. She figured out why I was having trouble seeing. She took time to explain it to me, discussed follow up treatment and didn't give me any medication or expensive test to take. I couldn't have been happier when I left: I'll be getting my eyes cared for here for a long time. Thanks to you all:

I had an appointment (for lens replacement). I was seen very quickly - a very short wait. The optician, Laura Graham, was very courteous, as well as professional. She informed/reminded me of all the benefits of my policy, as to what options were "used" and what were still available. She also gave me suggestions/recommendations about my remaining benefits. She also gave me suggestions/ reminders to keep my lenses as pristine as possible. Thank you for a great experience!

We brought our four year old here to get her fitted for some new frames & lenses. From the receptionist to the lens department they were truly welcoming & so patient. (Which is hard with a four year old who knows what she likes lol ) They allowed her to try on many different frames & gave us recommendations specific to her likes & needs!

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Renee and Dr. Vernillo were amazing and kind, explaining everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. This has been the preferred eye doctor of my family for 15+ years. They are the best practice I have ever visited. Super friendly, competent & well trained staff! The founding doctor has recently retired & is greatly missed by his former patients, however he provided for excellent doctors & long term staff members to take over in his retirement. They all honor him by providing the same loving care, willingness to explain all steps & procedures, and taking the time to make sure of patients understanding & comfort as Doctor Holcomb always did. All of my adult children continue on with Great Bridge Eye Care as their provider of 1st choice. Thank you for being the absolute best at what you do.
