Dr Kappor's rapport with me was exceptional. He assessed my lifestyle, did thorough testing of my right eye, drew his conclusions for a treatment plan and had a two-way conversation with me regarding the plan. He listened (so important to the success of any plan) to my concerns. He implemented a realistic plan based on the test results and my concerns. Consequently, a year later of following the plan- success! All the inflammation that could have led to Macular Degeneration was circumvented. The inflammation was gone and we're two more visits away from concluding. Highly recommend the competency and the caring approach of this retinologist. -Linda Calabro

This practice is amazing! I got in for a same-day emergency procedure with Dr. Wagner and had an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the door. Dr. Wagner is fantastic and so compassionate and even praised my referring doctor for finding the retinal tear that was in a hard-to-find location. THANK YOU for getting me in so quickly and for being so fantastic!!!

I was very satisfied with the entire practice, but wanted to give an extra shout out about Dr Berger who was my surgeon for a macular hole that had developed just recently in my right eye. At 66 years old and never having had any eye issues previously (other than glasses for distance), needless to say I was a little bit worried, but Dr. Berger's skill, professionalism, "bedside manner", and even humor (when warranted!) helped ease all my concerns. The surgery was a success, recovery easier than I thought and I knew everything to expect throughout the whole process. At one of my post-op appointments, Dr Berger even spent extra time (with pics and charts) to answer a couple technical questions I had about the surgery itself. He is a gem! I hope I don't require his services again, but if I do, there is no one I'd rather trust my eyes to!)

I was very pleased with Dr. Kapoor. I had been to my eye doctor for a problem I had noticed. He then referred me to Dr. Kapoor. I was able to get an appt that same day with Dr. Kapoor. He examined my eye and explained the problem. He was able to start treatment that day, which was great! The office was busy, but ran very efficiently and I didn't have to wait long. The office staff was very nice!

The entire staff of Wagner-Kapoor is exceptional. The office is efficiently run and the medical care is superb. I saw Dr. Kapoor yesterday for a 3 month post surgery visit. He greeted me and was very familiar with the details of my visit. He anticipated and answered my questions regarding cataracts and a slight glare I am experiencing after my retinal detachment surgery. His explanation was easy to understand and reassuring. I am grateful for the excellent care provided by The Wagner-Kapoor Institute.

I had gone to him for a second opinion, and was instantly put at ease as he explained my condition and the treatment better than either of my previous doctors over the last year or so.
