If I could give zero stars for this place I would. I'm currently in New York for dental school but I still opted to have them put the prescription in these new pair of frames that I bought. Mind you, expensive Ray Ban frames that were $216. The prescription was going to cost $227, so in total the cost of the frames and prescription I paid for was $443. They said it would take 1-2 weeks for them to be ready and they were going to ship them to my NY address but it was around the 3rd week of me still not having them and my mom, who still lives in Virginia, called to see where my glasses were. The repulsive, arrogant, and racist person who answered the phone named Matt Roe, said that they lost my glasses and didn't know where they were. So, without telling us until we called, they lost my frames and ordered another pair of the WRONG FRAMES. Then, when we called again to tell them my frames were wrong and not the frames I ordered, he kept repeating "no those are the frames you ordered" when they indeed were NOT and he had the audacity to say "well I don't even know if you got your frames from the ray ban store" when I still have the ray ban case that my original frames came in. The frames they ordered were a completely different color and shape from the ones I initially bought. So, when he realized we weren't budging, he said and I quote "if you bring the receipt and the glasses, we WILL give you a refund." So, I printed the receipt and my mom brought them to the office and Matt Roe, the very unkind guy with a nasty attitude towards people of color, said "we can't give you a refund for the frames because it was at your own risk, even though the frames your daughter ordered were lighter than the ones we ordered to replace them." So, my question is, what on earth did he have us print a copy of the receipt for, if he was never going to give us a refund for the frames that THEY LOST in the first place? Furthermore, why is it at my risk, as a patient, when you guys are the ones who lost my frames in the first place. Moreover, why am I suffering the consequences for YOUR mistake? So, then he tried to keep the frames, which makes no sense because why are you keeping the frames that you won't refund me for, frames that aren't even the ones I ordered because you guys made a mistake. So, my mom said you're not keeping the frames because that makes zero sense whatsoever. The snarky guy who should never be considered as even a decent person, Matt Roe, had the nerve to say that he was going to call the police on my mother because she wanted the frames back without the prescription since we were not getting the full refund for them. Her response was to go ahead and call them because it was NOT fair what he was doing, which was trying to take the frames when they wouldn't give me a refund for them. My mom was able to get the frames without the prescription in them but the fact that we were lied to and kept in the dark from the beginning of this whole process with these frames is truly unbelievable. They didn't tell us that they lost my frames to begin with and ordered another pair that was the wrong frame. Then, lied about me being able to get a refund for BOTH the frame and the prescription, after telling me that if I print a receipt I would get a full refund. At the end of this whole ordeal, Matt Roe said to my mother that "you and your daughter are not welcome back here" as if we would EVER go back to that incompetent office that lies and misleads their patients ever again. It's a shame that Dr. Miller has a person like Matt Roe on his staff because somebody like him should never interact with patients if he is going to have a consistently nasty attitude and not be able to admit his mistakes. This office as a whole handled this situation terribly and inappropriately, due to the actions and comments of Matt Roe. He said things that no one involved in healthcare should ever say to a patient, and even I as a 1st year dental student know that from just being a good person, which he is not. I will NEVER go to this incompetent office again.
Dr. Miller is the one doctor I actually Look forward to seeing every year for my annual checkup. The staff are thorough, timely and patient. Dr. Miller always takes the time to review and explain his findings and he is fully engaged in my care.
While we are coming out of phase 1, the eye care center has the social distancing under control. They make you feel safe and comfortable. My family have been a patients of Eye Care first with Dr. Chezzum, and now with Dr. Miller. We have always been treated professionally and with the up most courteous service. I love being able to book my appt. A year in advance.
Dr. Miller and all staff are fantastic! I've been going there for several years because they are very professional, kind and accommodating!

Dr. Miller and his staff are wonderful! Helpful, efficient and friendly . Dr. Miller was very informative and took the time to educate me about my eyes, which was very interesting. And with my insurance, my glasses were a very reasonable price!
