I've been seeing Dr. Miller since I moved to the Chesapeake area 14 years ago. He and his staff are so friendly, always willing to chit chat with you. But they're also very competent and efficient. I've never had to sit and wait for my appointments. And I know they are smaller and may not have a huge selection of frames, but they have plenty of both stylish/fashionable frames and classic frames. And they make sure your glasses fit well before sending you home. I've never had to go back to get refitted. Awesome place,!

Dr. Miller took the time to explain everything in detail and provided excellent customer service throughout the visit. I was in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. His staff was also very professional and courteous. Billing was handled accurately; something that hasn't always been the case at other practices I've visited in the area. I'm so grateful to have found this office and will definitely be a customer for life!
