Dr Fox was great. My issue is they moved up my appointment date, which I gladly accepted, but didn't emphasize it would be at a different location. They sent me a confirmation text, but if you didn't open up the link, which I didn't, you'd never know there was a location change. I just typed in confirmed and sent it back. I went from Kempsville to Edinburgh. You need to put that kind of change in the text, LOCATION CHANGE FOR APPOINTMENT. I didn't even know they had another office.

I had a 9:30 am appointment for annual visit. I waited 30 minutes before I was seen and didn't get out until about 11:30. So long wait times. The care was very good, though.
