Something got into my eye. I called a few eye care places. They said 3 months waiting period for new patients. Really! I was able to get appointment within an hour at MSES. The staff was professional, very welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Garcia was able to extract debris from my eye very quickly. Highly recommend.

Kind and attentive since I walked in. Reception, 2 vision assistants, and Dr. Eric Adams all friendly, professional , and competent. Dr. Adams clearly outlined my issues and best alternatives for treatment. Have followed him for many years.

I am Visiting Medical and Surgical eye specialist from around 10 years. I got appointment now there the staff is professional and customer service is excellent. My doctor is Doctor Toosi he did cataract surgery on my both eye on this appointment they dilate my eyes, checked eye pressure and checked if I didn't got diabetes in my eyes and send report to my doctor. Heard from other customer that Dr and staff is very nice and helpful and friendly. Dr Garcia is also a very nice doctor. They are really specialists in their field. They got two locations one in chesapeake one time they scheduled me in chesapeake and I prefer too because I will close to chesapeake location. I got stye in my I went to urgent care they took care and gave me antibiotics drop for eyes and advised to see my eye doctor if there is complications I called my doctor next same day got appointment. They got optical shop too if patient like can get glasses from there. The girls at the customer service very polite and cooperative. Nice and clean waiting area. Doctors assistant girls are professional and very nice and every time you're there you feel comfortable and doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. There is big parking lot very clean and very safe area.

I've always been able to get a very quick appointment when needed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Adams.
