My experience at the MyEyeDr. at 1328 Greenbrier Pkwy, Chesapeake was incredible! The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen right on time with my appointment. The exam went well and discovered a problem my VA eye exam a couple months ago didn't find (or at least they didn't tell me). I used my BCBS FEP Vision (FEDVIP) plan. A staff member explained my coverage and helped me maximize my benefit. From start to finish, I was in there under an hour (filling out questionnaires, pre-exam, exam, insurance coverage, selecting lense options and frames, and paying). All in all, it was a very good appointment. I will be back next year!

I had the most pleasant experience here. The lady that does the initial exam was so pleasant and polite. The Dr. herself was absolutely amazing and even gave me cough drops for my cough. She was extremely thorough and went over everything with out me feeling like I was being rushed. The gentleman that helped me look for glasses was incredible! When he found out that I was on a government plan his attitude stayed the same. He was so enthusiastic about helping me no matter what insurance I had. It brought me to tears. I can't thank them all enough for their kindness and willingness to help me know matter insurance I had. Unfortunately, they know who I'm talking about. Can't wait to get my glasses. Carlita was absolutely amazing. My 5 year old had an appointment. It's not easy dealing with an active patient. She took the time to explain everything and helped us pick out the perfect glasses. We really appreciate you.

After having a bad experience a couple years ago I decided to give them another try...big mistake. First they overbook appointments so be prepared to wait while there. Second make sure you call your eye insurance before going to verify what is covered. We were charged 40 dollars for a covering that was 100% covered with our insurance. After verify with the insurance company that they should have not charged the associate said "oh well it all doesn't always come up". No the problem is they want to get over on people and have them pay for things their insurance pays. Screams dishonest company.

Tracy was wonderful! He was so helpful & extremely patient. This place is very clean & affordable. Really enjoyed our experience here. Ordered 6 pairs of glasses! I highly recommend Tracy!!!

Great service and they were so welcoming. I got 2 pairs and I was so happy that my insurance took care of so much of my glasses. Very happy customer. Love the choices and variety.
