This was my first time in the office, my overall experience was great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and I am very appreciative for Dr. Patel's thoroughness and warm chairside mannerism. My only concern is to reassure that we, as patients know that all areas are being cleaned before we are using them (chin rest, headrest and eye machine). Some assistants cleaned the areas in front of you which is great, but some did not which can make one feel a little uneasy. Other than that, my experience was great. Awesome staff, exceptional Dr.!!!

The staff was friendly and Dr. Patel was extremely gentle with my swollen eye. He was very informative of what he was looking at and looking for while conducting my eye exam.The only downfall was I was charged for a image that I did not know was being taken nor did I agree to have it done. I assumed that because I had to pay for the insurance didn't cover it. At the same time I don't know if the image was sent to the insurance company to check. Next time ask the patient if they are able to cover the extras or come back another time.

Dr.Patel was was caring, knowledgeable, and explained in detail the various tests and scans that were completed and why they were necessary, in detail. Wonderful doctor! I do not recommend patients to use this establishment. When checking in for my appointment a female individual was very rude and disrespectful to me.
The doctor never looks at the patient when talking to them. He is always looking at his computer and when asking questions he doesn't give clear answers. He wants the patients to schedule an appointment and come back. This is very unacceptable.
