Dr. Crouch and everyone at this practice was amazing. They are truly kind, caring, and helpful. The front desk (I wish I got her name), was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Crouch is very informative and calming. They were great with my seven year old and had cartoons as well. 10/10. Thank you all so much!

my daughter she's patient here she had surgery on her eyes at VCU. her doctor at VCU he told to go to her doctor in my town to check eye pressure .I came to the office at chesapeake Just to check her eyes pressure to send to her doctor at VCU they told you have to have appointments. all I want to check eyes pressure to send to the doctor at VCU the doctor the one he did her surgery AT VCU. he said better you come all way to Richmond see her doctor I. came here they are not able to check eyes pressure. just it take couple of seconds they refused

The staff at Virginia Pediatric Eye Center in Chesapeake were very polite & professional. The tech was great, but especially with putting the drops in their eyes. And we were in and out in no time it seemed.

Wonderful experience. The doctor was professional and friendly. Great with my preteen daughter. Highly recommend!

went to my appointment today 9/04/2025 with my 2 children, the doctors are excellent in my opinion, but I can't say the same about the receptionist who was working at the desk upstairs today since she asked me to show her my ID I noticed her bad temper because I forgot my wallet! Even so I showed it to her through the phone, but when she crossed the line was how she looked at my children, my son was walking around and touch her desk and she looked at my son with a very rude face like thatred towards my son, it is as if everything that my son did bother her. If you are spiteful and hate children, you shouldn't work in a place where most of the patients are children!!!

Absolutely LOVE Dr Crouch and his extremely friendly staff. We have been coming to them for over 7yrs since my son was a preemie in the nick and there is nobody I would choose over him! He did surgery on my son at 3yrs old for strabismus and he did an excellent job with minimal pain.

Amazing I have a 5year old with autism and Dr. Cora Mchugh-Morrison and the PCA upfront and I can't remember the other amazing persons name before the doctor but she was so patient and sweet and understanding just amazing this place so happy we found it.

My family loves this practice! Easy to find, ample parking and most of all, amazing pleasant customer service from all of the staff!
