Amazing amazingly friendly,kind, patient, and welcoming. I enjoyed this experience a lot . I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision in a certain way amount of time . She even went out her way to make sure I had the frames I wanted ( the red ones ) . She explained my RX for my glasses and my insurance policy . I had a great experience and will definitely stay with this company

I've been to this eye doctor twice to see Dr. Jetton. The first time was to get my glasses prescription and I had a great experience. The second time was a year later to get my contacts prescription. Dr. Jetton was thorough and respectful. The woman who set me up for my exam however was talking to the receptionist about how she was dreading doing the contact appointment right in front of me. I was the only patient in the office. I left with a pair of contacts and ordered a trial pair in the brand I usually wear. They never informed me that the trial pair was on back order. I was told four to five times that my contacts would arrive by the end of the week and would get a call as soon as they arrived. I called every 2 weeks to ask about the status of my contacts. I wasn't told they were on back order until a month after I already paid for them. After TWO MONTHS of calling and being told they would show up any day and that they've "pushed my order through" I asked for my money back. That same day I got a call back telling me that my contacts were actually in the office and I could come pick them up. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. I won't be returning and that's disappointing considering I really felt as though the doctor cared.

I came in Tuesday, and dealt with Kelly. You were extremely professional, pleasant, and informative. I just came from another optic location and once I walked into this establishment, I immediately noticed a difference in how customers "SHOULD" be treated. I didn't get the name of the lady at the front desk, but noticed how she handled the customer on the phone as well {pleasant}. Kelly, you definitely made my experience worth the visit. When/if you get other frames, please let me know. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I recommended them the same day to my partner. She made an appointment soon after. Definitely give them a call if you need an eye Doctor.

I usually don't leave a 1 star review, but today 08/13/2024 I felt attacked by the doctor. She raised her voice at me asking if she was being recorded among attacking me as a mother. I held back my tears until I left her office. I did end the exam as I will not be talked down to. Never have I been so disrespected. I wish you the best, but everyone is not out to get you. FYI: Stop being so quick to judge people, because you don't know what goes on in someone's home.

Dr. Datta is wonderful! I see her and I take my children to see her. She is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I completely trust her! All the front desk workers have been so kind and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this office. We will not go anywhere else for eye care!!

My son was a new patient at River's Bend Eyecare. He is autistic and has a complex medical history. I informed the office beforehans. By far this was the best care, service, and experience he has had by previous optometrists and just medically in general. The entire staff is compassionate and patient. Dr. Datta provided a comprehensive exam and took the time to explain her findings and the new prescription. She displayed genuine care for my son's eye health. When it was time to pick his new glasses the team was helpful is narrowing down the pool. They did not pressure to purchase in office. They answer calls, exams are thorough and the staff are kind. Great place to go if in need of vision care.

I took both of my girls as new patients. By far this was the best care, service, and experience. The entire staff is compassionate and patient. Im so happy I found them! Amazing staff which is hard to come by these days!
