Although they did not accept my insurance the prices were very decent! The quality of the glasses were to my expectations as well as the customer service! I would like to thank manager Alecia and her staff for the outstanding customer service provided and all of the suggestions made to find a frame to not only fit my face but match my style and personality. I've never ordered glasses anywhere before and walked in and they just handed them to me and said have a nice day. Not fitted... No one ever went over with me what I was paying for... And I was told they made an exception by giving me a receipt. Which still it didn't explain to me what I paid for. Glasses are falling off of my face because they were never fit. It is what it is, but I'll never go back to this location.

Beyond pleased with my eye exam today. I happened to be a "walk-in". My previous optometrist didn't take my new insurance, so I stopped in this office to check if they accepted my insurance. They did to my relief and they also had an opening to see me within the next 15 minutes. The optometrist and receptionist were very pleasant, kind, professional, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this office for your next eye exam!

If you're particular about your glasses and like getting new frames I would try a different location... This is the third time "getting a new pair ordered" and I've received the nasty frames off the shelf everytime.
