I have been using this office for over 4 years. However, since the new manager took over in January in 25 I have had nothing but problems. The two ladies who have worked the front have been amazing. I find her to be very unprofessional. When asking for a bill I was told that it was a HIPPA violation. Called corporate and was told the office would provide one. Called in and told her about Corporate she again told me it was a HIPPA violation. Had to be reminded its not a violation if its my chart. After a week ended up going in talked to someone else and was issued a new bill. Other issues like needing lenses fixed and suddenly being quoted different amounts. Many times being told about her personal health, interrupting me when trying to convey my issues. The space is very small. I understand that is no one's fault. But, the office became chaotic with changes in seating. The last straw came when I stated my concerns and she told me what a great job she had done being a manager to this office. This was done while staff and customers present. I am raking a total of 6 patients with me .

I've been going to the Culpeper location for about five years now and I recommend them highly. The ladies are always nice, personable, and helpful. I can tell they truly care about their customers/patients by their interactions with them when they are picking out new glasses or discussing options. I've always had a great experience and plan to continue going to them for my eye care. Dr. Wasiuta is great also! About five years ago, my wife was having trouble with her vision and he noticed something was off. He sent her to UVA, and long story short, ultimately contributed to help save her life. It was a long journey, but without him noticing that something wasn't quite right, her outcome may have been different. I am truly grateful for Dr. Wasiuta!

Great staff and Dr. Wasuit is great! I wish they had more space. The offices are tight and privacy is not an option as other patients are within ear shot of your personal issues and financial questions. Please find them a larger space so that they can grow and keep giving great service. Thank you for your professionalism.

Shout out to Fatima, General Manager at Culpeper MyEyeDr. Her customer service went above and beyond yesterday when I presented out of the blue with an out-of-ordinary issue, right here before the holiday when everyone was understandably booked up. I was ready to give up, but she persevered and actually helped me get in to see someone, which was desperately needed. She proved to be an expert problem solver and treated me with compassion, which can be rare these days. Highly recommend her location.

I was running behind to come and pick up my daughter's glasses and the three wonderful ladies at my eye doctor in Culpeper waited for me to get there. I was a few minutes after closing time and it was very nice of them to wait and they made sure my daughter's glasses were fitting properly. The Three wonderful ladies are Fatima (general manager) Katria and Tracy. Thank you so much for helping me.

My family has been seeing Dr. Wasiuta for years after he was recommended to us. We just completed our yearly visit, Fatima and Katrina who work in the office could not have been kinder or more helpful. Thank you for helping my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses and navigating our insurance so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket!

Fatima was absolutely fantastic to work with! She quickly recognized the issue I was having with my glasses and resolved it right away. On top of that, she saved me a couple hundred dollars. Outstanding customer service and professionalism--I highly recommend MyEyeDr in Culpeper!

Had a decent eye exam but the followup has been rather frustrating. Called a few times for follow-up due to eye issues persisting but never get a response or call from doctor, despite insistence from the employee that I will. They just seem too busy and short staffed.
