I had an amazing experience with Brusco Vision and Dr. Brusco for my LASIK surgery. From the first consultation to the procedure and follow-up visits, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Brusco took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery. Earlier in 2025, I kept seeing an ad for Brusco Vision on Facebook. It piqued my interest, but at first I didn't act on it. The ad kept resurfacing, though, and eventually I decided it was time to call and learn more. I scheduled a consultation and was told I was an excellent candidate for CLR. I knew pretty quickly that I wanted to move forward, but time got away from me and I needed to update my consultation before proceeding. I went through that process again and was ultimately scheduled for my procedure in mid-January 2026. I did a great deal of research, not only on Dr. Michael Brusco, but on the procedure itself, so I felt I came into this with my (forgive the pun) eyes wide open. I can honestly say that Brusco Vision is exemplary by any measure. The office is modern, the staff is professional and personable, and Dr. Brusco is energetic, approachable, and eager to answer any and all questions. The follow-up care after my procedure was what I would describe as concierge-level. At my seven-day telephone follow-up with Dr. Brusco, he encouraged me to contact him directly at that same number if I had any questions or concerns. I did reach out a few times and found him to be very prompt and reassuring in his responses. The procedure itself was completely painless, with each eye taking about 20 minutes. The staff even invited my wife, a registered nurse, to observe. She was just outside the procedure room, which has floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing her to see me and watch the surgery on a monitor. So I have my perspective of what I experienced, and she was able to explain exactly what was happening from her perspective. Before the procedure, the staff asked what music I'd like played. I said, "Put on a '60s mix and I'll be good." The music was great and genuinely helped distract me. My wife later told me she could see my feet swaying along during surgery. Just as Dr. Brusco was finishing my second eye, I recognized the opening notes of a new song. I said, "This is kind of an ironic song to play right now..." The staff laughed as the opening lyric of "These Eyes" by Blood, Sweat & Tears came on over the speakers. From start to finish, my experience with Brusco Vision exceeded expectations. I would recommend Dr. Brusco and his entire team without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Dr. Brusco and everyone at Brusco Vision. From the initial free consultation, the staff were welcoming, patient, and thorough. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained each of the tests clearly, which made the process easy to understand. Dr. Brusco personally reviewed my test results with me and walked through my options in a straightforward, no-pressure way. After deciding to move forward with CLR (RLE) surgery, everything happened exactly as explained. There were no surprises, and the preparation, procedure, and recovery were all well communicated. Had a mono eye procedure done and Doc was very informative and comforting. I had anxiety and he was able to keep me calm and walk me through the steps as he was doing them. Would highly recommend for any lasik needs. Dr Brusco and his whole team was nice and friendly and made for an awesome experience.

I visited Brusco Vision earlier this year and spoke to Dr. Brusco. I then visited several other eye specialists in this area who specialized in PRK, Lasik, and Evo ICL. Brusco Vision was the only practice where I actually had a chance to speak to the actual surgeon. The entire staff has been excellent.

I had the custom lens replacement in April 2025. Dr. Brusco and his team were amazing. I was a little nervous about the procedure and they really helped me understand what was happening step by step. It was a quick procedure and I am very happy with the results. I'm able to see both near and far without glasses. It does take some time for your eyes to adjust but Dr. Brusco is great at explaining why. I have had several follow up sessions and I always love going in. They are very timely, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Brusco if you are considering the custom lens replacement.

I must say this has been one of the best medical experiences of my life! The entire team at Brusco vision was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Brusco himself is enthusiastic and supportive, as well as reasonable. My vision is now better than 20/20 after CLR for both near and far. I can't even believe how good it is now and it's only been a week. I can read tiny print with no readers and look from my phone to the tv and back without any need for my eyes to adjust! I was anxious during the surgery but they gave me an awesome weighted blanket and it was over very fast. At the end, I even got candy! Highly recommend. I looked at others but this small elite practice is the best.
