I was seen by Elizabeth Lobaugh for a routine eye exam and was impressed with her and the entire team. She is incredibly thorough and has a superb bedside manner. I needed a contact prescription, so I went in expecting a run of the mill quick experience. I received bespoke, hands on care from both the staff and Dr. Kuchen. The doctor was very diligent, thoughtful, and professional. She discerned that I needed not only a different prescription, but different size of contact, which she was able to give me. I now see more clearly and comfortably. Excellent service and my husband will be switching to this provider as well.

Dr.Miller is great!
I was told she was running about ten minutes behind and I appreciated that piece of information being shared.
But, that turned into FORTY-FIVE minutes and no one stopped by again to let me know anything. That seems a bit excessive.
Good thing my blood pressure was taken at the beginning of the appointment as it would not have looked as good after waiting all that time.

One of the most comprehensive vision exams I have ever had and I've had many! Dr V is amazing....she took an interest in my vision problem giving me her time and expertise. I almost cried when she said she could help me. Glasses ordered and fingers crossed I can get to the end of my blurry yellow brick road. Kudos to Judy and Cathy on her team....they were kind, professional and truly listened to my woes. Appreciated them all.
