Farmville Vision Center

Set an appointment for my husband to get an eye exam to be closer to where we live. Never had been hear before. Went in my wife asked to use the restroom and she was told no by Kathleen. My wife was told they had no public restrooms. I declined my exam and will go elsewhere. Catherine was very rude to me and my wife. Is this a law? Is this legal?

Great experience! Catherine was very helpful in helping me choose frames and I absolutely love them! I am so in love with these frames I'm getting another pair in a different color. I also got contacts and they are awesomeas well! Highly recommend!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Nothing redeeming about this place whatsoever. Was told in network over the phone but that apparently changed so I ended up paying for eye exam out of pocket. Wanted to charge me $580 for my glasses and ripped up my script when I said I would have to take the RX elsewhere for more affordable glasses and in network. My script was incorrect and I had to get my eyes reexamined to order the correct lenses. The loud snide remarks to other customers as I walked out of the door were completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Unbelievably rude and that's putting it mildly. Poor selection of frames-all very costly and the list continues. Did I mention rude...? Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend Farmville Vistion Center. I went for an updated prescription and a new pair of glasses and left with 3 pairs of glasses and my husband bought 2 pairs of sunglasses. The prices were very reasaonble and there was a wonderful selection of frames. Catherine was very kind and helpful. I asked her to give me her honest feedback on frames and how they looked with my facial shape and coloring and she gave her honest opionion and even picked out choices that she thought would be a great fit for me. Wonderful experience!!! Thank you Catherine!

I had a good experience when I went to Farmville Vision Center. Catherine was EXTREMELY helpful when I went to get glasses. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't have my prescription in hand so she worked with the previous place and had them fax my prescription to Farmville Vision Center. She pointed out which frames were on sale, which were in my budget, and worked it to where I could order two pairs of glasses. The store is outdated but some people do like the smaller, home-town feel and experience. My family has been going there for years and will continue to do so. To each their own. If you're looking for faults, remember you will find them. Be blessed and be safe.

We had 2 appointments scheduled for 22 January. My husband and I took time off from work for the appointment.... To our surprise the vision center was closed for sickness...No one called us to let us know, I understand sickness but they called after the fact trying to reschedule an appointment.NO CONSIDERATION & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Today I accompanied my boyfriend to get his eyes examined and he also enjoyed the experience as much as I did. Both Dr. Peterson and the lady who works with the glasses were amazing. He said it was the most positive of all of his many years of experiences in eye exams and glasses ordering. I had an excellent outcome. The glasses that Peterson wrote the prescription for are perfect for me. For the last 20 years I have had to wear a contact lens along with my glasses but this man has written a prescription that eliminates the contact lens and I can see perfectly through both eyes. The lady who does the glasses is a most energetic and pleasant person she is efficient and thorough and on the ball in every way. I love this place. And now we both do. We give it a 100% satisfaction rating and look forward to returning there.
