The entire staff creates a warm, family-like atmosphere from the moment you walk in--friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Billmeyer is outstanding. She's thorough, takes time to explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. I always leave confident that my prescription is accurate and my eye health is in the best hands. The quality of care here is consistently excellent, and the selection of frames and lenses is great, too. Highly recommend Envision Eye Care if you value top-notch care with a personal touch.

Our whole family have been coming here for many years. Dr. Angela Billmayer is so kind and professional. She has the best bedside manner. She takes her time listening and solving any issues. Her suggestions have always been very helpful. We rely on her professional expertise to fit us with the right eyewear. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this is the perfect place for you!

I had one of the worst experiences at this office. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional -- especially at the front desk. They seemed uninterested in helping patients and made the whole visit frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend Envision Eye Care to anyone.

I visited this establishment based on its Google reviews, but my experience was deeply disappointing. We sought a specialized vision check-up and were promised a follow-up, which never materialized even after several months. Furthermore, their communication system is lacking; there were no phone call reminders for appointments. The only call received was five minutes after a missed appointment, only to be informed about the 'no-show' fee. Despite offering to arrive within five minutes, the fee was non-negotiable. This lack of professional courtesy and poor customer service is a significant drawback. I cannot recommend this location to those seeking a professional and reliable service

I found this practice while searching for a place that carries igreen frames, as I wanted to replace mine and add my newest prescription. I worked with Valerie, who is amazing, professional, answered all my questions, checked my insurance coverage, followed up with options and pricing AND! also repaired the hinge on my original frames that had been damaged from a fall. So now I have a perfect new pair and a spare! When I'm ready to do my next eye exam, I'll be seeking care with Dr. Billmayer after experiencing the kindness and care from all who are part of this wonderful practice. Thank you!

Administration has gone down hill here. Made a follow-up appointment per Dr Billmayer two weeks ago. Took child out of school to make the available time only to show up and be told there's no appointment and no contacts...

Dr. Billmayer is a great personable doctor and I would highly recommend her to everyone! The front desk team also got me in quickly which I appreciated. Love this friendly office!
