EvEryOne from the door to the back, were rockstars. What a professional, courteous and accommodating groups of people. My mom is in a wheelchair and they had alternative ways to test her. Same for my dad, they took the time to explain and answer his questions. Top notch. Dr. Ito was very kind and thorough.

Dr. Matsko and the entire team at Family Vision Care of Richmond are phenomenal. My son started there in 2017 after a terrible experience at VEI. She has been so kind and helpful from the very start. My son loves it there and I'm so incredibly thankful we found her and the team.

I have been going to Family Vision Care of Richmond since 2009. I have always had a great experience on each visit. The staff are always very polite, helpful from checking in when you arrive to checking out after your eye exam. Dr. LeRoux is my eye doctor. He is super friendly, very informative, and always allows you time to ask questions. He also asks you at the very end of your visit with him if you understand all the information he has shown/given you. He is The Best, as are All of The Staff!

Always a great experience!! The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly, every time. My family has been going to Dr. LeRoux for 20 years. He is just as enthusiastic and passionate about eye care today as he was when we first started coming to see him. We have also had great experiences with Dr. Michaels and Dr. Poling. The entire staff is committed to making this a great place.

Dr LeRoux is extremely kind, and his care is consistently excellent and effective. He always provides accurate diagnosis and explains conditions, test results clearly. He does't rush through appointments and listens carefully to concerns and symptoms. He truly takes the time to build meaningful relationships with his patients. At every visit, he shows genuine interest in listening, understanding concerns, and sharing his experiences, which creates a strong sense of trust and connection. I highly value and appreciate the care he provides.

Nice, clean, modern place with the absolute friendliest staff you will ever encounter. From front desk, to the technician, to the optometrist (Dr Dham is phenomenal), and everyone in between - this location sets an extremely high bar for customer service. Every aspect is smooth and painless allowing you to get in and out in a timely manner. I would say my one ask is to allow online appointment booking, but calling in is such a quick and pleasant experience it really isn't a big deal.
