The LASIK Vision Institute

I've been very nearsighted since I was a small child. I went in for a free consultation on Tuesday. They were very, very helpful, took a lot of measurements to make sure I was a good candidate, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I decided to go ahead with the procedure and got Contoura LASIK scheduled for Thursday. The procedure itself was quick and easy, Doctor Roberts is very experienced and did a great job. By Friday morning my vision was already better than it used to be with my glasses, and I'm on track for better than 20/20 vision when my eyes fully heal. This is a great practice and I'd recommend them to anyone considering LASIK

I had an incredible experience getting LASIK here! From start to finish, the appointments were incredibly smooth and efficient. The entire team is clearly very well-informed and took the time to answer every single one of my questions. Most importantly, they made me feel safe and at ease throughout the entire process. If you're nervous about eye surgery, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

**Updated Review** Everything has been good after receiving my procedure healing is not bad and the doctor who performed it was amazing. I have no issue with the procedure in any way so far. The only reason I'm doing a new review is because I felt pressured into reviewing them right after my follow up appointment today less than 24hrs after my lasik surgery. When I left the older gentleman ,who had me read the letters on the wall, I was ask to sit down and tap my phone to write a review, as the Front Desk Lady watched from her computer to see if my review came in. I was very hesitant but didn't wanna upset anyone. And I will put into context again that this is less than 24hrs after my surgery and in my opinion cannot reflect on my future experience that i haven't experienced yet on how my eyes will heal and turn out. I will say they were all smiles and great bubbly personality prior to my procedure but after my procedure and today when I went in it felt cold/dry and felt very rushed. I should've known that it was gonna be all about reviews when In the group of papers they give you prior to the procedure it ask you to review them on social media and tag them. Which at the time seemed fine but when all bedside manner left after the procedure and it seemed all they were worried about was the "5 Star" review, it made me rethink a bit. I truly hope in the next few weeks my vision continues to get better as it already has improved thus far and it doesn't end up being just a gimmick. After my eyes are further healed in a few weeks I will do a proper review on my vision and until then I will say it's good so far just didn't like how the staff was after everything was done.

Having waited so long to do this i can honestly say its life changing! Dr Roberts was great , talked you through all of it. The procedure took less than 15 minutes and I could see quite well immediately after! The next day was life changing, waking up and being able to see! Heather was fantastic and answered any questions I had. I wore glasses and contacts since 3rd grade and this is like being reborn! Thank you again to all the great staff for their help.

I had a good experience getting my lasik procedure. The waiting was the worse part but the procedure went very swiftly and without mishap. I was there for a total of 3 hours and I opted for the same day procedure. While I was waiting I noticed a poster that promised if I left a review I would get a free t-shirt. Unfortunately, that poster was years old and had not been taken down. No free T for me. :( I did not want that to sway anyone's opinion about the LASIK Vision Institute, I was treated very kindly and the staff was informative. 9/10 would recommend just look out for the posters..

Absolutely awesome! The best part is of course having 20/20 vision again, and no longer needing glasses. The staff were outstanding and the doctors were very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered sufficiently and I felt very comfortable going into this surgery. Definitely recommend LASIK Vision Institute if you're considering getting a vision upgrade!

Dr. Bessell, Dr. Roberts, Christine, Heather, and Kiera were amazing!! Every part of the process was explained to me and I knew exactly what to expect before , during, and after my surgery, I was a little bit nervous, but other patients that had gone before me reassured me that it really was painless, and they were right. I'm so glad that I was able to get this done! I highly recommend!!!

The entire experience from consultation to follow up visit was remarkable. I am overly pleased with my results. To go from a -8.00 vision to 20/20 was an absolute joy! I had been wearing contacts and glasses for years!!!!!! Now I realize I should have had this procedure done much sooner. The entire staff I encountered was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ryan Roberts did an outstanding job and made me feel at ease during the procedure. Very quick procedure, again I wish I had done it years ago. Also it is very affordable. No more Contacts or Glasses. I have not had any issues or problems after.
