I made an appointment for a doctor to give me a new prescription for glasses. Even though I stated I did not want any extra work to be done, and was required to sign a document to that effect, the doctor asked to dilate my eyes. I thought this must be important to the measuring of my eyesight, and agreed. It turned out that it was NOT necessary and now my eyes were dilated and he was taking photos. The doctor also did not seem to be clear on what he was doing, leaving the office (while I was still being seen by him). He may have been asking for advice, or he may have been having lunch, as my appointment now stretched past 2 hours. I will not go to this site again without major changes in personnel and policy.
