HANDS-DOWN, THE ABSOLUTE BEST EYE CARE PROVIDER IN THE AREA!! Dr. Melton is so professional, so thorough in everything he does. He takes the time to explain everything to you to ensure that you understand what's going on with your eyes. Then you move out to the staff. Jackie, is so patient and helpful in assisting with selecting the proper frames for you. It truly makes a difference!! The entire staff are just amazing. I'm telling you stop going to the other places that are 2 pair for $79 or same day eyeglasses. Go to Provision Eye Care. You will not be disappointed.

The optometrist (Dr. Melton) really listened to my previous prescription issues with other eye care providers, to get my prescription correct for new glasses. Also, I came in after trialing my new glasses for a few days, to get the frames adjusted to sit more comfortably, right before closing on a Friday and the optician stayed past to get the fitment exactly right. Very good team and atmosphere. I trust them and will come again for my next exam.

So happy I found this place!! After years of being dissatisfied with my eye doctor at another clinic, I read some positive reviews and decided to try out ProVision, and they were excellent. It was super easy and quick to set up a new appointment (I've been at other places where you'd be on hold for 15-20 minutes, easy), and the receptionist was very friendly. They sent out a reminder of my appointment ahead of time. When I arrived, there was barely any wait at my appointment, and Dr. Melton feels like the first eye doctor I've had in years that actually cares about getting my prescription right. He listened to my vision concerns, helped explain to me what things he could do to help, and then after trying out one set of contacts, double checked if they were the best fit. When he tried out a couple of additional alterations, he decided it was best to check with a different pair of contacts, and at that point, I felt really comfortable with the selection. He and the receptionist also double checked that I was satisfied with the contacts prior to ordering my 6 month supply, which was really nice of them. They really genuinely wanted to make sure they had gotten everything right, and I am so glad to have found them. Also, their office looks extremely clean and well kept, and they have some newer equipment I haven't seen that they used, which I think resulted in a better prescription. Thank you!!

Caroline and Jackie are literal angels! My brother is recovering from a stroke which has impacted his vision significantly. It was a long day of Doctors appointments and facility visits. ProVision was our last stop of the day. Honestly i was already exhausted, but when i walked in these ladies helped perk both me and my brother right up! They were patient, kind and had two of the most beautiful spirits! Making a rather difficult day get a little better! There was an awesome frame selection for my brother and we found the perfect pair!! They get 5 stars for both product and customer service!

Good experience from the receptionists at the front desk, Dr. Melton, and Jackie to help me find a new pair of glasses. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them for your vision needs.

Great doctor. Ladies at the reception can be slightly disorganized, but at the end it is the doctor and his professionalism that matters. As for the glasses you can find better deals somewhere else, they don't force you to buy from them only and I like it. Appointments are on time most of the time.

I was with the same optometrist Dr. Brown at Eastgate mall until he and the mall closed, from 2004 up until a few years ago when I changed to Provision. Dr. Melton actually worked with my original optometrist which was a fun surprise! Dr. Melton is thorough, explains everything in detail, and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. The technology his office has to offer is incredible. On top of that, the lady who handles lenses and frames is always wonderful. She makes adjustments quickly, she's always friendly, and just a joy to be around. I'm so happy I made the choice to move to Provision!

I had a terrible experience at this store. The employee named Mandy was extremely rude and unhelpful. She made me feel very uncomfortable, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. I will definitely not be coming back, and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
