Dr Hong was very kind and thorough. His receptionist was efficient and friendly as well.

I walked in and the receptionist fit me into their schedule. Got my eyes checked thoroughly like never before and no one ever spent that much time explaining why my glasses didn't work for me. I got scrips for several different strengths of lenses for my different needs and am very pleased. I am also never going anywhere else since I felt like I was listened to and got the individual attention I needed.

The most thorough, knowledgeable and patient optometrist I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Hong is a fantastic optometrist; I went for my first visit today and it was a great experience. The office staff communicated well and told me clearly what to expect at the visit. Dr. Hong was thorough, and most of my time in the office was spent with him doing tests and getting advice on vision related issues (did not spend more than a couple minutes waiting). He was honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. Him and his office staff were friendly :)

Been going to Dr Hong for about 15 years. He and his wife, who works the front desk, are awesome. Dr hong is thorough in his exams. I would recommend him 100%.

I have been seeing Dr. Hong since I was 12 years old. I am now 29 and he still has the same care and professionalism as he did 17 years ago! I have astigmatism and had a VERY HIGH prescription before I got Lasik done (procedure was done outside of the country). Before and after my procedure, he took great care of my eyes and always made sure I didn't have any concerns before leaving his office. His wife (front desk) is exceptional at what she does and they are simply THE BEST. Don't be fooled by the fact they're at a Costco, just go get seen by Dr.Hong :)

Best eye doc I've ever been to! Dr. Hong is very thorough and a good listener- he runs more tests than anyone and is really quick and professional! I've always had a great experience and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called all around Richmond for an affordable Doctor to provide an eye exam, contacts/eye glass prescription. You will not find a better price anywhere. I noticed the other corporate chains that provide cheaper eye exams lacked overall in customer satisfaction reviews. Dr. Hong was very thorough and a very pleasant person. Great experience. Couldn't recommend more!
